I've had the chance to work alongside Bonnie Pagano for close to five years now, and I can honestly…read moresay she's one of the most dedicated real estate professionals I know. Bonnie has what I like to call a DFQ mindset -- "Don't Ever Quit." When a deal hits a bump in the road, she doesn't get discouraged or walk away. She leans in, gets creative, and keeps working until she finds a way forward for her clients. One thing that really stands out about Bonnie is how creative and intuitive she is. She has a great ability to read situations, think through different angles, and come up with solutions that help everyone involved. As someone who works closely with agents, I can say she's also a great partner to collaborate with and always focused on getting the deal across the finish line the right way. She also brings a positive, forward-looking attitude to the work she does. Bonnie truly cares about helping people reach their goals, whether they're buying their first home or moving on to the next chapter. If you're looking for a real estate agent who is persistent, resourceful, and committed to her clients, Bonnie Pagano at Core Agency Real Estate is someone you want in your corner.

I was a tenant with Hawkeye at one of their Meigs St buildings from 2016-2018! They have apartment…read morebuildings all over town from Monroe Ave to Henrietta to Park to everywhere in between, and my experience renting from them was overwhelmingly positive. I think a lot has changed, but when I was first moving in, their office was situation directly on Park. I met with the manager, went through a pretty seamless approval process, picked out my unit, and moved in within the next few weeks. My studio was *charming* and *adorable* (okay, small) but it truly checked all the boxes for a 20 something living on her own for the first time! It WAS actually larger than any other studio I looked at, super clean, the kitchen space was totally separated by a wall, and there was a really nice bed nook. I paid ~$600/month, though I am sure prices have gone up since then. I felt that price was super reasonable for the ease of calling maintenance (I would do just about anything to be able to "call maintenance" now that I am a homeowner. It me. I am "maintenance...") a nice parking lot onsite, and the LOCATION. Right on Meigs between East and Park. It was flawless. I look back on my time renting with Hawkeye with a lot of nostalgia and happiness. There were no issues upon move out. I received my security deposit in a timely manner and I don't think they ever even showed my unit while I was still living there. If you're looking for dependable properties that are well maintained, Hawkeye has some GEMS and you'll be in good hands!

Any problems are dealt with in a timely manner and the location manager is very friendly and courteous. We are literally down in a small valley and surrounded by sooo many trees! I went from waking up to seeing my former neighbor's roof to waking up now to seeing beautiful trees and the sky. The ONLY downside is that only a select few homes in this location have washer and dryer hook ups. They do not all have them and there is no laundry facility on site. There is a laundry mat around the corner so it's all good, but it would be convenient to have one on site.

My wife and I have worked with several real estate agents over the years, and Kyle is the best of…read morethem all. It was such a pleasure working with Kyle, who was always responsive and knew how to advocate for us with just the right mix of assertiveness and diplomacy. Kyle knows Irondequoit, having grown up here, which was important to us, as we were conducting our house hunt from Canada! When we began our real estate journey, we were looking into buying land and building a house, something Kyle himself has done. When it became clear that we could not control costs on a new build without getting in over our heads, Kyle seamlessly pivoted to showing us existing housing stock that met our needs. We worked with Kyle from Toronto. If we found something online that we liked, he would go and check it out for us and then let us know whether he thought it worthwhile doing a FaceTime tour. After a FaceTime tour, we would evaluate whether we had a chance to drive three and a half hours each way to see it in person. As we got to know Kyle and he us, we came to trust him so much that we felt we didn't even need to be there in person to make an informed decision. What we couldn't see, he would describe, such as the smell of the basement or the slope of the landscaping. He would advise us on the neighbourhoods and community amenities. In the end, we made one offer on a home we had seen in person and two offers on homes we had not seen in person. Irondequoit is a seller's market, so it was competitive, and Kyle gave us good advice on what to include in our offers, as well as gauging our enthusiasm for any given house. If we really had our hearts set on a home, we went all-in on the contract. But if we felt that it wouldn't be a tragedy if we were outbid, but that the house met our needs, we placed comfortable escalation clauses so that we would not feel like we overpaid for a house just so that we could outbid other potential buyers. Kyle's understanding of the strategic nature of contract writing was really helpful. Kyle is honest, good humored, available at short notice via text, phone, and email, and never tried to pressure us into anything. He never came across as if he was looking to close a sale as quickly as possible so that he could move on to the next client and claim his commission. His commitment to us as clients was extraordinary. If asked his opinion, he would give a measured response that convinced us he was always putting himself in our shoes. He took time to listen to what we wanted and never tried to upsell us on anything. If we ruled something out, he never showed us anything he knew we weren't interested in, ever. Kyle has excellent professional relationships with lenders, insurance brokers, real estate attorneys, and his many colleagues in the area who represent sellers. He also referred us to contractors, plumbers, roofers, electricians, and others in the building trades. He would reach out on our behalf and make introductions, and whomever he connected us with treated us with respect, professionalism, and integrity. You could not do better in Irondequoit than having Kyle Hiscock as your agent, advisor, and advocate.
