I've bought from this shop several times within the…read morepast 2 years since living in Rosemount, and have never had any issues with employees or any of the products. I would actually say, the last employee who was always in there when I'd shop was very friendly and enjoyable to visit at the shop. After coming back from being out of state for the past 9 months, I stopped in to look at some products I needed since being home and experienced the worst employee I've probably ever encountered at any tobacco shop. The lady (I did not get a chance to catch her name) did not even greet us as we walked into the shop (nobody else was in the place), and when I finally continued to greet her by saying hello as I walked by her, she immediately asked for ID's from me and my friend I was in the shop with. Now, I do not have an issue with her asking for an ID, I get that that's the law, but once we gave her the ID's and she saw that we were both legal to be shopping in the store, she gave us both a disgusting look as if she was disappointed that she did not have a reason to kick us out or something. I proceeded back to the glassware room and turned around after about two minutes to see her standing in the doorway staring at us as we were looking, almost as if she was suspicious. Every little move I made I felt like she was staring extremely hard at us in a very judgmental way. I got extremely uncomfortable because of how she was basically hovered over us in this room while I shopped (mind, everything was behind a glass locked cabinet so there is no way I would even be able to steal if I wanted to), I proceeded to leave the glass room, so I walked to the door she was blocking for me to get out, and she didn't move until I was right at her and said "excuse me" so she would get out of my way so I could leave the store. She rolled her eyes at me leaving the room, which was disappointing to see from an employee here. I did come into GreenLeaf this night with intentions on making a glassware purchase, but do not think I will be making any purchases from this company/location as long as she is working there and hovering over me while I'm looking at items.
