I went in today to ask for a replacement of a 100ml vape liquid as the one I just bought all ended up on the floor when the cap unexpectedly popped off as I was filling my tank. (Cleaning it up? Total nightmare.) I explained what happened to the manager, let him know I was also buying something else to reassure him I wasn't trying to take advantage, and all he offered was $2 off of the $20 price. I kindly declined, paid for the other products I already had picked out, and politely let him know I won't be back. They have great prices and a nice selection, so I'm sad that the level of customer service isn't on par with the first two factors.
