My room was not clean, there was stains on the blankets and my breakfast had runny eggs and burnt toast. Save your money.

Loretta is such an amazing host and her breakfast skills are something I can only hope to replicate (and I consider myself to be a pretty good cook).

Matt made a spectacular breakfast each morning as part of the stay. He and Jenn packed cookies, coffee, and even a breakfast sandwich for the road when I would leave for my adventures. It felt like a home away from home, and their adorable son Kenny and sweet dog Gaby made it even more so. If I were in town, wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Jenny is a photographer and took me with her to the best sunrise spot at Canyonlands. Matt made us coffee and wrapped up Jenny's homemade Zucchini Bread for the 5am drive up to what ended up being one of the most spectacular sunrises I've ever seen. Jenny also took me to a few more lookout points because I had only one day there. Food: WOW! I'm vegetarian and Matt customized the entire breakfast and some unexpected treats to my needs. Ginger pancakes with fresh applebutter and a veggie scramble on day one. For my hike to the Delicate Arch, they packed me an entire snack bag with water and mints! Next morning I needed to leave early, but Matt insisted on making me a breakfast to-go of a sandwich and fruit. They even shared dinner with me my second night when I came back early. Everything was natural, organic, consciously-gathered ingredients. Room: Nice, clean, cozy bedding and lighting. 6-7 water bottles, lavender bed spray, gorgeous stone lamp, tv, guidebooks and separate entry, and covered parking for my one car. Property: You can see the sunrise and the sunset right from their backyard, where they've set up chairs. Stunning!! Price: Very, very reasonable in this land of crazy-expensive, continental breakfast land. I cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed my experience at a Creekside Retreat. Thank you Matt, Jenny and Gabby--I hope to take you up on rock-finding adventures in the future!!

Vic's omelets made with the fresh laid eggs from their hens were outstanding as was the homemade waffles, pancakes, bread and jam. Anna and Vic were the consummate hosts lending us maps, books and sharing their knowledge of petroglyph sites, best hikes, drives and area restaurants. (Make sure you check out their handcrafted wooden spoons). We highly recommend this homey and well-situated B&B and look forward to returning on our next trip to Moab.

Our room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated with a warm southwestern charm. Breakfast was a true highlight--freshly prepared, delicious, and far beyond what you'd expect from a typical B&B. If you're looking for a quiet, charming, and welcoming place to stay in Moab, we can't recommend Desert Hills Bed and Breakfast enough. It's the perfect blend of comfort, location, and personal touch--truly a gem in the desert!

So nicely decorated and so much attention to detail. We had a fridge and microwave, and there were two luggage racks, a chair, and a very comfortable bed. The room and the bathroom were both spotlessly clean. Every detail was taken care of from a white nocie machine to ear plugs and a sleep mask, to a variety of lotions and shower gel. For breakfast, we enjoyed the three bagels and spreads that were available to us and also loved having a variety fo coffee, tea, hot chocolate and a Keurig right in our room. The outside spaces here are lovely as well. There is a front porch filled with comfortable chairs and a relaxing fountain. In the fromt yard there is a table and chairs, so we could have eaten out bagels outside if we had chosen to. I am so glad we stayed at Boab Beds & Bagels. Such a gem off the beaten track in Moab!

It was one of our best experiences from our recent trip. One of the most appreciated aspects of our stay is the easy check in and check out. Unlike most B&Bs, you can check in ANY time after 3:00 pm so if you have a late day, you are not rushing to make check in. Check out was equally easy - just leave. The bed in the room was very comfortable and there were several types of pillows. The room is also flush with amenities: fridge stuffed with a large array of breakfast items, breakfast sandwich maker, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, water on each bedside table, eye masks, ear plugs (which weren't needed), and even an e-reader. Moab B&B is well located, in that it was about 10 minutes to drive to Arches National Park. The grounds are lovely with mountain views and beautiful plantings (the apricot tree was in full fruit when we were there). The owners are great re: communication. They send texts to provide directions and information about the property, and to confirm check out. If you need a place to stay when visiting Arches, this is the spot.
