What a great place to stay in a quiet part of beautiful Moab. We arrived after 10pm and the self checkin wasy very easy. We were in the Live SImply room which was super cute. So nicely decorated and so much attention to detail. We had a fridge and microwave, and there were two luggage racks, a chair, and a very comfortable bed. The room and the bathroom were both spotlessly clean. Every detail was taken care of from a white nocie machine to ear plugs and a sleep mask, to a variety of lotions and shower gel. For breakfast, we enjoyed the three bagels and spreads that were available to us and also loved having a variety fo coffee, tea, hot chocolate and a Keurig right in our room. The outside spaces here are lovely as well. There is a front porch filled with comfortable chairs and a relaxing fountain. In the fromt yard there is a table and chairs, so we could have eaten out bagels outside if we had chosen to. I am so glad we stayed at Boab Beds & Bagels. My husband and I had the wonderful opportunity to stay one night at Moab Beds and Bagels as part of our road trip from Colorado through several western states. It was one of our best experiences from our recent trip. One of the most appreciated aspects of our stay is the easy check in and check out. Unlike most B&Bs, you can check in ANY time after 3:00 pm so if you have a late day, you are not rushing to make check in. Check out was equally easy - just leave. The bed in the room was very comfortable and there were several types of pillows. The room is also flush with amenities: fridge stuffed with a large array of breakfast items, breakfast sandwich maker, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, water on each bedside table, eye masks, ear plugs (which weren't needed), and even an e-reader. Moab B&B is well located, in that it was about 10 minutes to drive to Arches National Park. The grounds are lovely with mountain views and beautiful plantings (the apricot tree was in full fruit when we were there). The owners are great re: communication. They send texts to provide directions and information about the property, and to confirm check out. If you need a place to stay when visiting Arches, this is the spot. read more

My fiance (then boyfriend) and I stayed here back in April during our cross-country move/road trip from California to North Carolina. I can't believe it has taken me so long to write a review! Before this, neither of us had ever stayed at a bed and breakfast. So we were a little wary. All uneasiness was quickly squashed once we checked into Moab Bed and Bagels. Tammy was so sweet and the house is so cute! We loved our room and the shower in the shared restroom upstairs was really neat. Breakfast was AMAZING. I had never had a parfait prior to this and I have to admit, I started on quite a parfait kick following this stay..SO GOOOOOD. We also met a nice older couple who we chatted with during breakfast. Our stay here really opened our eyes to bed and breakfasts and we plan to continue staying at them when we can. read more

For many people, running a bed and breakfast is a dream and fantasy. But for Tammy of Moab Beds and Bagels, it's a brilliant and beautiful reality. She has created such a cozy and wonderful B&B, and not to mention, she cooks up a phenomenal breakfast. I stayed at Moab Beds and Bagels for six nights and in two different rooms so I can safely say, I'm an experienced patron. First, I will start with the inn itself. Moab Beds and Bagels is located in the outskirts of Moab, about a 10-minute drive from downtown and 20 minutes from Arches National Park. The space is actually Tammy's home converted into a B&B. The house is rustic and homey. It has four rooms and two of them have their own private bathrooms. We stayed at the Live Simply room for four nights. It's right next to the front door, and has its own bathroom. I had to make reservations for a second room since the Live Simply room wasn't available for my entire stay. We were in the Dream Big room for two nights. It's located upstairs and shares a bathroom with another room. (OMG the shared bathroom has one of those fancy shower heads with incredible water pressure!) The Dream Big room has a Sleep Number bed and a spacious closet. Both rooms were clean and comfortable. Moab Beds and Bagels has a very inspirational and whimsical vibe/atmosphere. The walls are covered with positive quotes and Tammy updates the decor according to the season/holiday. Second, in terms of amenities, everything is provided--from bathroom necessities to bathrobes and even slippers! The wi-fi is great and each room had a flat screen TV with DirecTV. Tammy also cleans the rooms and makes the bed daily. For convenience there is on-site laundry (you have to pay of course). Third, let's talk about breakfast! Tammy cooks terrific breakfast meals, which is served buffet style. Breakfast includes bagels (duh, it's in the name!), yogurts, meats (bacon, sausages), eggs (OMG I didn't know eggs could be scrambled and paired in so many different ways), and potatoes (roasted, hash browns, and even sweet potatoes!). There are also fresh fruits, oatmeal, juices, a million different cream cheeses, coffee and tea, and special treats like homemade pineapple cake. Tammy also offers a million different bagel flavors. These aren't the typical bagels you'll find at the grocery store. No. Three words: French toast bagels. Genius and delicious. Tammy travels far and wide for these French toast flavored bagels proving she is one dedicated host. Finally, to the superwoman herself, Tammy is made of 100% sunshine. She is delightfully sweet, warm, and colorful. She makes you feel right at home. In fact, her whole family is really hospitable and friendly. But of course Tammy is the superstar. We had to leave extremely early one morning for a river rafting trip and she was so flexible and accommodating. Breakfast was laid out and ready for us by 6:15 as we requested. Your own mother might not be willing to do that and Tammy agreed with no hesitation. Furthermore, Tammy is amazing at engaging with guests and she remembered each activity we did (we crammed a lot of adventures into those 6 days!). When we had to move to our new room, we packed up everything and Tammy transported all of our luggage, bags, hiking sticks, etc. into our new room. Her attention to detail is unmatched. So basically Tammy is one of the most genuinely kind human beings I've ever met. I love Tammy and I will stay at Moab Beds and Bagels again in a heartbeat. read more

My favorite place I have ever stayed! I was in Moab for a half marathon and Tammy was so sweet and her bed and breakfast is beyond amazing! We stayed in the "Dream Big" room and it was clean and so comfortable! I had selected no breakfast because I knew I would be leaving early for the race but Tammy still left quick snacks for us which were so sweet and tasty we couldn't pass them up! Would recommend this place time and time again and will definitely be back the next time I'm in Moab! Thank you Tammy! :) read more

My husband, brother and I stayed at this wonderful place on our way home from a road trip in January. Tammy truly went above and beyond when she provided my brother with a room very last minute. We absolutely loved Tammy and her home, I've never felt more comfortable away from my own home. Not only did she provide us with a great pancake breakfast, we also had sleep number beds in each room, tvs, a comfy environment, and super sweet host. We loved our stay at Moab Beds & Bagels! Tammy was a friendly wonderful host. The breakfasts were very tasty, filling, and prepared us for a long day of hiking and exploring the very scenic area. The house is very clean, well decorated, and welcoming. We stayed in the Living Simply room -- a cozy room that was very comfortable and quiet. If you want a lot of extra room I would suggest one of the other bigger rooms but if you are like us and spend little non-sleeping time in the room it meets the need perfectly. When we go back to Moab we will definitely stay here again! read more
