I ended up being scammed by Richland eye care, scammed out of a whopping $300. I ordered a year supply of contacts through Richland eye care. The total was over $1,000. The reason I purchased a yearly supply was because of the $400 rebate from acuvue Kat informed me of. Saying it was a pretty incredible rebate. $400 rebate? Why wouldn't I purchase the year supply? Kat (along with another employee) told me all I had to do was go to the acuvue website follow the reward instructions and make sure I input a NEW email address. I did that. It did not give me a $400 rebate only a $100 rebate. Kat left me a voicemail saying "Jenny we talked about this, you must've forgotten, make sure you're using a work email or different email." I don't even have a work email because I'm a stay-at-home mom (hence why the $300 loss is a hard one.) I called kat back to inform her it's not an email address I needed, then they gave me two codes to input on the acuvue rewards website. I submitted all the necessary info. Still, a $100 rebate. Even if you use a new email- acuvue still has your information. You make a new profile with a new email address, you still have to input your first name and your last name your mailing address and your date of birth, using a new email doesn't do anything. So instead of getting the $400 rebate I was assured of receiving multiple times. I lost $300 and am only receiving $100. Not a single employee ever knows what's going on there and will steer you in any direction to get your money. Go elsewhere, learn from my loss! read more

After years as a patient at this office, I can say I have always been treated with professionalism, kindness, respect and big smiles all around. Dr. Flynn is very thorough in the examination, explains the eye in terms I can understand and allows time for questions. The staff is very helpful and always eager to please. Shelby has a great understanding of which frames will work for my progressive prescription and helps me pick what looks good on me. Recently, my old glasses were accidentally broken and Angie worked diligently to find parts (from expired frames on hand) to fix them well enough to use until my new glasses arrived. I don't wear glasses or contacts and wasn't a current patient but recently poked myself in the eye. The reoccurring pain that followed that would not subside made me realize I'd done some damage. It was after normal business hours so I started to panic a little wondering how I'd make it through the nite in such pain. Sure that I had scratched my cornea, I called their office and luckily the after hours message provided an after hours/emergency phone number. Dr. Flynn promptly returned the message and dropped everything that evening to meet me at his office to care for me within the half hour. He was very kind, calming and made me feel like it was no big deal, that I was not an interruption to his evening. He immediately relieved the pain, provided a prescription to get me through the nite and scheduled me for a return visit to check in the next day. He wasn't in a rush, took his time to care for me and carefully explained everything. I highly recommend this Doctor. Truly salt of the earth, caring and one of a kind human being. read more
