When I was unsure how to afford the necessary procedures, a staff member went out of her way to assist me in securing a loan option for my balance, and the process was quick and efficient. However, I did encounter a limitation in their payment system: they do not offer the option to link a Cash App account. Payment requires either a bank account or a PayPal account, though the staff were helpful in guiding me through setting this up. It's worth noting that the cost of procedures at this office can be high, and patients without accepted dental insurance should be prepared for significant out-of-pocket expenses. I initially visited the office for a tooth extraction after taking antibiotics for several days. Despite multiple attempts to numb the area, I experienced considerable pain during the procedure. The dentist made additional efforts, including attempting to inject the numbing agent beneath the tooth, but was unable to achieve sufficient numbness. She explained that the infection may not have fully healed, which could have prevented the numbing medication from working effectively. As a result, I was left with a partially extracted tooth, significant pain, and no immediate solution for moving forward. A major concern is that there appeared to be no alternative measures when the numbing agent failed. When a procedure is only partially completed and the patient cannot continue due to pain, it would be beneficial to have contingency options available during the same visit, rather than leaving the patient with an unfinished procedure. In my case, I was left with a jagged, half-extracted tooth, swelling, and no pain management provided. I returned a second time a few weeks later after being prescribed a second round of antibiotics. During this visit, I received a routine cleaning and a care package for gum care. However, when it was time to attempt the tooth extraction again, I was given the numbing agent three times without effect. The dentist then injected additional numbing agents into my gums and directly into the tooth, which was extremely painful. Even after waiting, the area remained numb only in my tongue and cheek, and I could still feel sharp pain around the tooth. The dentist explained that the infection must still be present, despite having completed two rounds of antibiotics. She prescribed an additional course of antibiotics and scheduled another appointment several weeks later. At no point was I referred to an oral surgeon, despite experiencing over a month of persistent pain that had not responded to multiple rounds of antibiotics. After submitting a review to their website, I was contacted by a staff member who claimed they were unaware of the extent of my pain, despite me explaining at multiple appointments that I was experiencing significant discomfort in my tooth, jaw, and gum area. I was informed that an oral surgeon would be available sometime next month, meaning I would need to wait another month while still in pain. While the office atmosphere is pleasant and the staff are generally helpful, there is a clear gap in their ability to manage situations where numbing fails or infections are persistent. Patients in these circumstances would benefit from more effective pain management, alternative solutions, or timely referrals to specialists to prevent extended discomfort and incomplete procedures.

I have called 4 times in 2 days attempting to speak with someone and each time after spending some time on hold, receive a recorded message that no one is available to speak with me. Twice I have left my name and number, along with my mom's name, and requested someone call me. So far, haven't heard a peep. Who wants to do business with an establishment that doesn't even have the courtesy to return phone calls?

I made appointment here and they are far better than anyone I have been to in decades. Brandi the dental hygienist was the first one ever to not cause pain cleaning my teeth. She was friendly ,professional and very well trained in the latest technology. Dr. Wright was very informative about the issues I have. Her approach on how to resolve several problems I have made me realize I should have been here all along. She gave sound advice and way forward. The office staff were very helpful setting up appointments close together for the work needed. They were very helpful and understood the schedule I needed to make it work. I appreciate the patience and kindness they showed me . I am glad my former dentist dropped my insurance. Sometimes what seems to be a problem can be the best opportunity yet. Better dentist ,better staff. Hope I can continue with them until my time is up.
