We dropped it off on the way back to Denver at their office in Frisco. This week we came back for skiing and I tried to call and find out the cost to get a tank for the 6 days we would be in town and what charge there would be to have them pick it up in Breck on Sunday since we have to leave so early in the morning. First of all the young lady answers the phone and does not find us in the system which is clearly not our problem. We were here 6 months ago. She tries to sell me a $275 tank! I explained that I want the @60$ tank. No frills. $20 refills. I kept asking the girl how much it will be to have them collect the oxygen on Sunday (since they are only open M-F 9-5). This alone is a reason to find another option. She could not give me a straight answer. Made me nuts. How complicated is it? I just wanted to see if I should pay them to pick it up or have a friend deliver it back Monday when they are open. Impossible to get an answer so I said never mind. A few hours later we arrived at the office to pick up the oxygen tank. Steve is an idiot. He tried to be "cool" speaking terrible Spanish with my boyfriend who has lived in the US for 39 years and speaks 4 languages fluently but has an accent ( he is Brazilian) which shows how ignorant Steve is since he does not know a Brazilian from any other Latin. Anyway, Steve tried to up sell us again. We took the tank and will drop it back tomorrow (Friday) and find another company to do business with going forward.

You pay $25 for 25 minutes of 5L O2 that is infused with eucalyptus. This also includes a bottle of liquid IV and a CBD gummy! I wi admit that I felt great afterwards and it was nice to just sit and relax with some oxygen in. My oxygen actually increased a bit too! The man mentioned that if you are having symptoms and they persist, you can come back free of charge and have some more oxygen. I have had it checked hundreds of times and it has never been creased or someone even insinuate it looks fraudulent. I am not mad that it was creased but more so the attitude of the employee after I mentioned that she does no need to crease them to identify whether they are fake. She insisted that she is "well trained". She said one time she even broke one in half. Yikes lady, if you think it's fake ask people to leave or call the cops before damaging their property. Also, prices were mid. To Management: I am an experienced bouncer and have checked thousands of IDs. I can say with absolute confidence that creasing a sturdy ID yields no information about whether it is real. One should be looking for cracking or delamination when flexing it; you can crease an iphone if you try hard enough. The way the employee used the blacklight made it abundantly clear that she was untrained and just frobbing. A blacklight can give a huge amount of information regarding the veracity of an ID if used properly. Please do a better job training your employees as checking an ID should not be a destructive process.
