But all of that initial feeling faded away quickly when I saw that both trash cans outside the store were absolutely overflowing, reminiscent of the aftermath of a music festival, the garbage piled high and also surrounding the cans as though they had not been emptied in days. This sadly is the new normal for Target, the high standards from when I worked there long abandoned as they continue to try to chase Walmart instead of doubling down on the service that set them apart and made them the superior choice. While the inside of the store was definitely cleaner than the exterior, service was MIA (also their new normal) as not a single employee interacted or even looked at me while we browsed the mens, electronics, and grocery departments. The cashier was definitely not friendly, either; exactly why I lean towards self-checkout these days, it's harder for a computer to be rude to you!

The registration system simply doesn't work, no matter what I try -- and once again, I was left stranded with no support. To make things worse, the in-store manager was not only unhelpful, but also rude and sassy, as if my inconvenience was an annoyance to them. I asked for assistance and was brushed off with attitude and zero effort to actually solve the issue. This I called customer service and stayed on the line for over an hour while still waiting in store. The result? Absolutely nothing. No resolution, no help, just more wasted time and frustration. For a company this size, this "discount" is nothing but a sham -- a marketing ploy that fails to deliver and leaves students hanging. After two years of this mess, I can confidently say: Target, do better. Or just stop pretending this discount exists.

We went inside with our grocery list in hand. If you need groceries go somewhere else. They have no fresh meats or produce. We ended up having to make a stop at Whole Foods and were barely able to get the meats that we needed. You can't tell me that this Walmart wouldn't sell meat and produce if they offered it. The woman that answered the phone was kind and helpful and said I just needed to request the transfer with the pharmacist. The Pharmacist came on the line and she was kind and very helpful. She said no problem...I'll get to work on this right away! An hour later...we received a text that our prescription had been transferred and filled. Wow...perfect! I wish I had caught both of their names but I suspect the entire pharmacy team is like this and this review is for all of them! Thank you so much for saving our vacation!

The butcher block back in the Meat Department had some perfectly marbled choice cuts of beef on display. Just wish I had a grill up here in the mountains with me!! Produce department had some of the most amazing grapes I have ever had in my life. If you haven't tried the "Carnival" (also known as White or Cotton Candy) grapes, you are missing out. They have an unbelievable sweetness to them that you won't see coming.

Had to come to the emergency room with my boyfriend his mom had gotten injured. Well maintained inside as a hospital should be. Staff was helpful and friendly I even got offered a free water while I waited which I needed after being in the hot sun. I am not a person who likes hospitals but this one didn't feel like one. This past summer came to Breckenridge with a family member that had altitude sickness and the…read moremedical center sent us home with a tank of Oxygen from Summit Oxygen. We dropped it off on the way back to Denver at their office in Frisco. This week we came back for skiing and I tried to call and find out the cost to get a tank for the 6 days we would be in town and what charge there would be to have them pick it up in Breck on Sunday since we have to leave so early in the morning. First of all the young lady answers the phone and does not find us in the system which is clearly not our problem. We were here 6 months ago. She tries to sell me a $275 tank! I explained that I want the @60$ tank. No frills. $20 refills. I kept asking the girl how much it will be to have them collect the oxygen on Sunday (since they are only open M-F 9-5). This alone is a reason to find another option. She could not give me a straight answer. Made me nuts. How complicated is it? I just wanted to see if I should pay them to pick it up or have a friend deliver it back Monday when they are open. Impossible to get an answer so I said never mind. A few hours later we arrived at the office to pick up the oxygen tank. Steve is an idiot. He tried to be "cool" speaking terrible Spanish with my boyfriend who has lived in the US for 39 years and speaks 4 languages fluently but has an accent ( he is Brazilian) which shows how ignorant Steve is since he does not know a Brazilian from any other Latin. Anyway, Steve tried to up sell us again. We took the tank and will drop it back tomorrow (Friday) and find another company to do business with going forward.
