The nurse who was sent to our house was so uneducated it was downright dangerous. She gave me studies to help educate me about my chronic illness that were written in German, and the other one was about patients on respiratory care who were bed bound. She obviously didn't even read the material. Nearly everything she told me was inaccurate and dangerous for someone with my diagnosis. We chased her off as soon as we could. Then the accountant somehow lost the check we gave them from our insurance. She later told me she found the date they cashed the check. Four months later we got another bill. This time I spoke with the owner who claimed they never got the check or cashed it, despite the fact my insurance provided me with the date they cashed it and the check number. If you need home healthcare, go somewhere else. This business needs some serious restructuring and better education for their personnel.

I was not sleeping well with spasms in my hand at night. After about 6 months of trying to remedy myself, I thought I'd try physical therapy. I wanted a place that was near my home, familiar and not so crazy busy like other practices. The office staff was super friendly and easy to work with. Kelsey was my primary PT and provided good movement/stretches that I could do at home. He individually focused on me during my sessions. The pain/numbness is lessened and mobility much improved.
