Throughout the process from appt. call to actual first visit, to surgery and followup; I cannot tell you how impressed I and she were with the staff and especially Dr. Bodemer. I had a knee scope and meniscus removal surgery. And it was ridiculously bad. So they used a tourniquet and they must have forgot to monitor the irrigation because I ended up with a giant pool of blood in the back of my calf which was overly painful and took twice as long to be able even walk. So then I start going to physical therapy and every time I would go, it would take 20 to 30 minutes to get called back and then my appointment ran over a half hour. So I started showing up 10 minutes after the appointment time so I wouldn't waste as much time. Yet they then told me I had to reschedule. i moved to laramie from florida and ended up re-aggravating an injury that i got subpar treatment for 8 years ago. dr gueramy actually gave me the aggressive treatment i needed with a phenomenal reconstructive surgery and incredible education throughout the whole process. this guy rules. to my florida doc if youre reading this please be willing to do less conservative treatment on your young patients that require it. read more

If I could leave negative stars I would. Dr. Horberg has no time to spend and talk to you about concerns or what can be done to help. I had a follow-up not too long ago and the more I think about it the more upset I get! I was told, "I'm sorry there's nothing I can do for you...however, buy our $200 ice machine and see you in 6 months"! Meanwhile, I'm in worse pain than I was before I had surgery, can barely walk and nothing can be done. My gut is telling me something is wrong with my knee and it's messed up and Dr. Horberg is hoping it gets better in 6 months. Well, I won't be back. Premier Bone and Joint doesn't care; they only care about double, or triple-booking patients, making money, and could care less about patient care or how the patient feels. read more

I had an injury where all the tendons in the middle finger on my left hand were torn in half. McKenna told me he was certain he could get my finger back to 100%. If he had not told me that I would have gotten a second opinion from Dr. Bienze. I wanted Dr Bienze to begin with but he was not immediately available and they needed to do surgery right away. Turns out McKenna is no hand specialist at all so he had no business telling me he could get me back to 100%. My finger is permanently disfigured now. read more

Now known as Premier Bone and Joint. Lucky to get one star. I've never been treated with such disrespect by a professional and paid so much for it. I had a potential MCL tear, so technicians took some x-rays. Before the doctor I saw came into the examination room I heard him ream out his assistant. He then proceeded to take the same tone with me, not looking at the x ray results or feeling my knee at all. He dismissed me a few minutes later saying nothing was too wrong. Four months later there is still something very VERY wrong. I can guarantee I won't be returning to this place for a followup. read more

I suffered from chronic pain and for the first time I felt "heard". I wouldn't give any stars if I could avoid it. Went to a Dr. Levene there in March. He didn't even look at my MRI. Treated my concerns as though I was just whining and trying to get drugs. I drove 100 miles to be treated like that? Not only that, he also told me just don't do what you can't do. Well it turns out I couldn't do anything and had to have a reverse shoulder replacement. I was seen for several years and was told to do PT, injections and MRI's, racking up thousands of dollars in services. 1 visit to Orthopedic Center of the Rockies in Ft. Collins, for a second opinion, and was told I needed immediate hip surgery for a genetic condition. Had surgery, and had an amazing surgeon, recovery, and no PT prescribed in Colorado. 1 year later, amazing, walking, no pain. Wasted years and $$$ at Premiere. I had a payment plan set up for our family at Premiere to pay the thousands of dollars off (minor child included for her PT services) and they were only applying payments that I sent in to my balance, not my kids, and then they sent my account to collection as they said my kids account was delinquent. It was 1 account number, with multiple family members balances under 1 account number. Not my fault where they applied payments on the 1 account. No notice, just got a collection letter and was told too bad. I will never go to Premiere - I will drive an hour for superb care at Ortho Center of the Rockies. Wish I had the past 4 years to do over and hadn't wasted time and money here. The MRIs, injections and PT were never going to solve my problems, just make them money. read more

My child broke both bones through the joint in her ankle at a summer program. At first it didn't seem like it was that severe. We stopped at Urgent Care to get an xray and make sure it wasn't broken. They directed us to Premier Bone and Joint to get a splint and arrange surgery. This was a few days before the July 4th weekend. They splinted her ankle and scheduled surgery for the Monday before the 4th. Dr. Gueramy rearranged his schedule to squeeze in a surgery on only her in that morning, and I couldn't be more grateful. I was the only person in the surgery waiting room, and he was already traveling when I called with a follow up question later that day. He did an amazing job with her surgery, and he has a great bedside manner. The front desk personnel is professional and helpful. I have had a wonderful experience with them so far. I highly recommend this place to others needing orthopedic services or looking for high-quality physicians to help with mobility issues. read more

This is the most unprofessional place I have ever visited, and that is including fast food joints. The physican I saw was Dr. Wasser and he dismissed me as soon as he walked in. I was spoke to as if I was an infant. He did not ask me about my pain nor symptoms from my injury. He was a completly rude and made sure that I knew my appointment that I waited for over an hour for was a complete waste of his time. He didn't even bother to turn off his phone. read more

Saw DR. Bodemer for lower back injury, waited 2 weeks to get in, had been eating Aleve like they are candy to try to control the pain. The X-ray tech took some rays and when the doctor reviewed them with me an hour later he was pointing to places on the x-rays that I didn't have any pain and saying that I have some arthritis developing and that I need physical therapy. Wasn't explained to me about the pain I have now in my L5 area or how physical therapy is going to heal my bruised tail bone from falling down on the ice. I will be seeking another opinion.
