I had questions due to just getting my power steering fixed in Denver, Co. At MHC one month ago, for the same issues. Who is NOT affiliated with Worldwide Equiptment. He asked a mechanic to speak with me. I spoke to Carl, who explained all that could be the cause and emphasized caution should be taken while driving. As some things could happen. Carl said, "If you get it in here by 11pm, I can take a look at it and tell you what I think. He went above and beyond! I showed him the work that was done (invoice) by MHC. He was shocked...MHC charged me for labor hours of a Paccar (3.5 hrs) mine is a Cummings, which is easier andctakes 1 1/2-2 hrs. of labor for a power steering pump, 6 qts of power steering fluid (takes only 1 1/2), and upon examining the parts they said they replaced...the filter (completely clogged), the cap had no sign of even being opened (screw and gasket was filthy and stuck in place with grime), oil was supposedly flushed and replaced (black oil with grime in reservoir where filter sets). Carl took off the cap, cleaned it, drained the old oil, changed the filter, and made it look brand new! He noticed a part missing that is mounted on the spring normally that puts pressure on the filter. MHC never took the cap off to notice that....crazy!He took pictures and notated everything as evidence that would help me when I speak to my company and MHC in the morning. My power steering is still bad, as now it needs a new pump, due to driving it with the belief that MHC did their job. Carl was training other mechanics and really taught them what to look out for and what to do. I will recommend this shop to anyone! Great price, great service, and time efficient!

I've been in a hotel since I put the truck in the shop on july3rd. On the 9th they fixed supposed recalls but not the reason I brought it in(loss of power). On the 12th they said it's now in line to get fixed maybe on the 16th. Hopefully I don't have to do another review Tuesday with the new reason its not fixed. I guess I could pretend to be bitter but I look too good to make a mad face.

They kept my truck for five days, and when I finally went to pick it up, nothing had been repaired. They charged me $669 just for an "inspection", claiming they changed a few fuses that were misplaced -- but the main problem was never fixed. My truck was returned in the same condition I dropped it off, and I lost almost a week of work because of their delay. Poor communication, no progress updates, and no urgency at all. For a company that's supposed to keep commercial trucks on the road, this experience was completely unacceptable. If you rely on your truck for your business, I recommend avoiding this Rush Truck Center location.

Jody answered and asked if we could bring the rig in the next morning at 7. We did and they were able to get us in and found the problem by 10am. Knowing the RV is our current home , they did what they could to get us back on the road as quic as possible. They fixed two coolant hoses that apparently have been rubbing against the engine for years and finally wore through! We were back the road by 2pm. Yes, engine trouble is scary and Jody & his staff were VERY accommodating and professional. I highly recommend Rush Truck Center, Jody and his staff if you find yourself in need of Diesel engine repair in the Hickory NC area!
