They fit us in as soon as the part arrived and did an excellent job on the repair which was replacing an upgraded axel and all the components as well as leaf springs. A very special shoutout to Jose' who was fair, very informative, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He is an invaluable member of their team and we knew we were in good hands after talking to him. As we were from out of town, we had no knowledge of their work but were further reassured when another customer raved about their work and told us "we came to the right place". Rob effectively headed up the installation work. I trusted their recommendation and that they were giving a fair price. They aren't wearing masks like many of the businesses in the Mills River area but unlike the admin team at Jim Campen, they didn't look at me suspiciously for wearing a mask. (Jim's mechanics a generous in my experience though). No one wants to feel like an a-hole when spending money on auto work. Reese is run by good people who take you as you come. They were quick to identify the problem and make the repair (a brake wire had come loose inside the drum and was pinched between the magnet and the drum) for a very reasonable price. I had been on vacation when my mother's health rapidly declined. I came into town and she ended up…read morepassing away. As a result, I needed to pack up her belongings and take them back to my home in Colorado. Since I was unprepared, I did not have my truck and instead had a vehicle with no hitch to pull a trailer. These guys ordered the hitch receiver, wire harness, and ball and told me they would squeeze me in so I could get on the road. Flash forward, the part didn't arrive (after a holiday weekend). I found the parts elsewhere and these guys agreed to install it. Fit me in last minute at the end of the day so I could hook up the rented trailer and get out of town the next day as planned. 10 minutes into my trip back to Colorado, I was read ended in traffic. I called these guys and brought the car back by as the hitch was damaged. They provided a safe work around that would get us out of town and back home. Everyone here was wonderful! Super pleasant, apologetic when they didn't get the part (though I know that's out of their control), and went out of their way to help me. These guys were a bright spot in an otherwise very dark and difficult time.

I also had weather tech window guards installed, they were defective and they knew it but decided to waste my time and theirs twice. Ended up replacing my tail light console.
