From the moment Mr. Gabriel began working with him, he showed such attentiveness and care. He had my uncle sitting up comfortably in his wheelchair as he gently groomed and cut his hair with love, patience, and the dignity my uncle has always deserved. Mr. Gabriel's positive disposition made such a difference my uncle began to smile, and by the end of the grooming session, not only did he look presentable, but he also felt like himself again. Words cannot fully express our gratitude for Mr. Gabriel's compassion and generosity. God bless you, Mr. Gabriel. Did I mention he's also a fantastic barber? My uncle said so himself --and I couldn't agree more! Ongoing Gratitude for an Extraordinary Team - Compassionate, Skilled, and Truly Caring I want also woll like to express my heartfelt appreciation for the phenomenal care my uncle OB is currently receiving. From the moment he arrived, every member of the staff has gone above and beyond to make sure he is treated with compassion, dignity, and exceptional care. Nurse Mr. Ahmed has been truly outstanding professional, hands-on, and consistently attentive. His calm and respectful approach creates a sense of trust and comfort for both my uncle and our family. His dedication is evident in every interaction. Charge Nurse Mr. Nixon continues to impress with his leadership, compassion, and responsiveness. He not only ensures quality care but also takes time to connect with families and offer support. His presence is deeply appreciated. We also want to thank the Nurse Director and Shift Supervisors for their unwavering commitment behind the scenes. Their leadership ensures everything runs smoothly, and their approachability and attention to detail truly make a difference in the daily experience. The entire nursing staff deserves recognition. Each nurse has shown warmth, patience, and a level of care that is truly comforting. You can tell that this is more than just a job to them--it's a calling. We are especially grateful to two amazing CNAs: Mrs. Schelie and Mrs. Coretta. Mrs. Schelie is incredibly compassionate, gentle, and dedicated. Her positive attitude, nurturing nature, and professionalism have been a bright light during this journey. Mrs. Coretta brings a calm, loving energy to her care. She treats my uncle as if he were her own family member--always kind, patient, and attentive to his needs. These two women are shining examples of what true caregiving looks like, and we are beyond thankful for their presence. Additionally, we want to highlight the exceptional work of the Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, and Speech Therapist. Their care plans are thoughtful, their encouragement is uplifting, and their teamwork is helping my uncle make steady progress. They bring both skill and heart to every session. To the entire team: thank you for surrounding my uncle OB with such a compassionate and capable circle of care. Your dedication means more than words can express. We are truly grateful.

All went well I was out in one day. I recommend to all patients who go to ANY hospital, you must ask questions. It will make your visit more comprehensible to you and your family. Know what meds you're getting, ask why is it being given, and ask about whatever you're diagnosed with. All questions are valid and help you and your team of doctors get the best care that's right for you. You have the right to refuse meds if you don't want them. It's all in your patient's bill of rights you sign upon arrival. The one thing that could have been improved on, was the communication of staff within themselves. I am lucky I'm not afraid to ask questions or question things. You must! it's your body and you should know what's being administered and why. Overall, this hospital was great. Dr's bedside manners were friendly and knowledgeable. The nurses were informative. I have to say I had a good experience considering I had to have surgery. I would definitely recomend this hospital!

I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this hospital if at all possible. The ER experience was one of the worst I've ever had. Registration didn't even happen until 3 hours after we arrived, well into the visit. My son provided a urine sample that sat on a table the entire time and was never tested. While one nurse was a tad bit decent, the rest of the staff showed a shocking lack of professionalism and basic respect. Staff members (including security) were standing in the hallway laughing, having personal conversations, and at one point I heard someone ask a coworker, "Are you ready for your next victim?"--completely inappropriate in a medical setting. The cleanliness was unacceptable. I noticed red spots on the floor and brought it to a staff member's attention, concerned it was blood. I was told, "That's not blood, that's pizza sauce," and they walked away without addressing it. The bathrooms were in terrible condition! We saw urine on the floor, backed-up toilets, and even spider webs in the corners. The place smelled like old urine! There were patients in the hallway in beds because I guess they ran out of rooms? No privacy whatsoever!! It also felt like care was delayed due to a shift change--we were left waiting until the next staff came in rather than being properly attended to. Overall, the level of care was extremely poor, and my son's issue was never fully addressed. The most alarming part came after we left: I realized in addition to my sons discharge papers, I had been given another patient's discharge paperwork, including highly sensitive information like EKG and chest X-ray results, bloodwork, address, phone number, date of birth, medications, reason for his visit and medical history. I contacted risk management three times and never received a response. This experience was unacceptable from start to finish. I would not return here under any circumstances. Please, if you have a choice, go somewhere else.

My throat was bothering me and I had congestion so they did their standard tests after taking my vitals and other information.. The person who did my intake was a bit short and brisk in the manner in which she spoke to me and the wait after the quick tests was a long time (understandable because there was minimal noise barrier so it sounded like someone was having an emergency-heart attack in another room so there needed to be other staff on hand), but otherwise front desk was polite and patient in answering my questions and the doctor was funny and sweet. She told me that I unfortunately had *the diagnosis* and then told me I should " go under the covers, Netflix, Doordash" and offered me a lollipop treat at the end. She also wrote a helpful doctor's note (without me even asking) so I could give to my workplace.

I see the doctor, who I explain my symptoms to, the doctor did everything within her power to assist in that moment, which included, as a precaution providing an exemption document for work for the next day. After speaking with the doctor someone comes in, then swab my nose for the Flu and Covid virus, which came back negative. It was then advised that bloodwork would be taken for further test--The lady enters the exam room with the gloves already on and fumbles around with several items before attempting to stick me---My skin is pretty much see-through so usually it's easy to get blood, but of course she misses veins in both my arms and then say, "are you afraid of needles". While annoyed, I responded as politely as possible "no I'm not, it's human nature to flinch when pain is being inflicted but I didn't move my body". Due to this, I was told I had to get my blood taken at a Lab and was provided a referral along with my discharge documentation. Once in my car I reviewed the documentation, notice there's no address on the LabCorp referral and the return-to-work letter was for the date seen. I immediately call and speak with someone about the letter and LabCorp address and was told the letter would be emailed and I could go to any LabCorp. Guess what, NO LABCORP in NJ is open on Sundays and I'm still waiting for the letter to be emailed (2days later). This visit was a waste of my time and money, googling my symptoms and suggested medications would have been a better experience. I patiently waited for my symptoms to die down to ensure I wrote an honest review. Well, honestly since nothing I went to the office for was addressed, I wish I could give ZERO stars!
