No phone call, No referral, Nothing! Just text messages of cancelled appointments. What really opened my eyes was hearing from staff members that several employees had left (at least 4 my 4 months there) because of the way they were treated by the owners' sister. I was also told that other patients had stopped coming because of the way she spoke to and treated them. Based on my own experience and what I witnessed and stated by employees,there was a pattern of different treatment toward some patients of color. In addition I caught them overcharging for my vitamin injections and they have yet to return my credit. I'm grateful for the weight I lost, but no one should have to deal with being treated that way. If you're considering this practice, I would strongly encourage you to look for care elsewhere where patients are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve.
