Lupe did a great job. She is professional, clean and meticulous. I'm happy with my eyebrows. She took her time to get the right shape.

Sigh. I'm torn to write this review because I feel Angela did her best, but I think it's good to…read moresee how should could improve her customers experience. Pros: Parking is good, nice location. Appointment was on time, no waiting. The actual unit was cute and welcoming, had a few things for sale. Angela was really nice. I received a free skin analysis from her, with some good insight. The changing room was cute. The place was very cutesy. The bed was comfortable for my back. The products smelled wonderful and the hand/arm and foot massage were nice! The room ambience was calm. The view of my scalp on the magnifying screen was cool. The overall length of service was nice and Angela was sweet. Cons: The Velcro robe was uncomfortable, I'm a "more to love body type", I had to leave it unlatched, but good thing there was a blanket. She also had a cool weighted blanket if you wanted. Although, I would have preferred a towel. Angela wore gloves, in which I understand, but I felt it took away from the experience. I could hear the gloves in my ear. However, I understand if she wanted to use gloves on my feet, but not my head. My body wasn't fully relaxed because I felt like if I let my arms down, they would fall off the bed. The hair/scalp scrub was nice, but not enough pressure. The water was pretty hot on my head and I wasn't asked, but I also didn't let her know either. So, that was my fault. There was no water wand, but a hand hose was used. It kept rubbing on the plastic bucket, so there was a bunch of noise, not to mention the plastic drawers opening and closing behind my head. I felt the noise took away from the quiet relaxing experience. Angela used some sort of water pump and the water smelled like plastic. She had to dump the buckets of used water every few minutes. She had to get up to get products every few seconds, so maybe some more organizing/prepping was needed. She did a bit of head massaging/scrubbing and pressure points, but still, not enough pressure or enough overall. I feel like she was trying to get to the next step without putting love into the first step. She used maybe 3 different brushes on my head, one being the battery operated scalp massager, the others were maybe 2 brushes. I was expecting more scalp stimulation I guess. I was thinking maybe a wooden comb or a metal pronged scalp massager. It's similar to the videos you see on social media, but not 100%. She blow dried my hair a tiny bit, but when I had gotten up my wet hair slapped my back lol. I paid $170; which I feel was fair for the length ( maybe 1 hr 30 min) but not the experience. I feel I get more out of a $45 60 min Asian massage. Overall: I wouldn't go back or recommend to anyone for a scalp spa here. I think there needs to be some more development for it to be considered a Japanese Scalp Spa.

I don't think you will ever meet a sweeter or more compassionate woman than Angela. I had the…read morehonor of meeting her and having PicoSure laser tattoo removal on my eyebrows. I was so nervous when I arrived. She put all my fears at ease and made sure I was very comfortable. She has such a sweet relaxing vibe and tone. I have to show you a before and after picture. And this is after just one session! I highly recommend, Angela! Her patience and care is such a rarity. I will be coming back for other services she offers. I can't believe I just now found out about this place!! Her prices are better than most I've seen for the same services I forgot to mention, Everything is pink!! She also has beautiful purses, Jewelry, sunglasses etc.. on display for purchase as well. I would definitely recommend checking this place out

My review is on the owner Mario, some might say my review is more personal, and in most cases it…read morewould be, but getting a tattoo is a very personal experience between you and the artist, how the artist conducts their personal affairs should figure in on how you choose your artist...... Mario and his wife have a house on my street, it's supposed to be owner occupied but is not, instead it's occupied by Mario's wife's(future ex wife, I'm not technically sure) Boyfriend who in fact lives there rent free, no water or trash service, he steals from the neighbors & Mario(in Mario's case he stole & spent $80,000 from Mario's biz account. In fact the Bf is one of those rare kind of scandalous people, that no matter what kind of deal you worked out with him, the second you turn around, he gotta grab a little more that was agreed on behind your back, everytime, he just can't help him self. Not to long ago he made me a deal, to where I was supposed to get like 1K worth of different items just to loan him this brand new computer I got, not only did I get my computer back gutted, I never got n e of the other stuff he promised me either, then I find out the 1k of stuff he promised belonged to Mario, so I did the right thing and told Mario what dude was up to, Mario have my e his word dude was being evicted and would be out of the house by the middle of Feb 2025. Why would Mario let the dude who broke he and his wife up, stole 80k from his biz account and still tries to steal from Mario today continue to live in his house, rent free, drive his car for the same price ???? Well I'm gonna tell you, first off the biznez accounts belong to the biznez owners who are Mario and his wife, turns out Mario and his wife make a lot of money, cuz they came up with some kinda sanitary glue that hold the tattoo pattern in place for the artist. Now all tattoo artist everywhere, not just in the US are required to use this glue that Mario and his wife hold the patten on, everytime a tattoo is done in a shop, they get royalties from their glue. Wow that's gotta be a lot of money ? I mentioned Mario his wife are getting divorced ? Well Mario it seems thinks all the biznez cash should stay his in the divorce, and the weasel played right into that for him, I guess Mario has an implied deal with his wife, if he don't press charges on the Wiesel for the theft of the 80k then she don't hire a divorce lawyer to protect her share of everything, of course he got to hire his own lawyer to ensure only she gets screwed in the end. Now I'm not passing judgement on n e body, even if it does seem Mario a little one sided there, I'm just throwing info out there for you guys to consider before picking your next tattoo artist. This whole story is in the words told me by the Bf, true or not, I don't know but he gotta let him keep living in that house for free for some reason Have a great day and god bless you all

They offer appointments, and open even on the weekends giving you an opportunity to find the right time for your schedule. I was able to call and get an appointment the next day! The ladies are nice, seem to care about not only their business but also their clients. The room appeared to me clean and even had the warning beads for you (YESSSSS) I had Tina as my therapist. I came in with a very tight, stiff neck and shoulders in which I desperately needed relief. Without her even asking or me mentioning it, she really worked out the knots. I have never asked for a deep tissue massage, but I feel like that's probably what it feels like if I had to explain my massage. Definitely not a Swedish massage. KInda painful if I am being completely honest, but some how I think that's exactly what I needed to help the pain in my neck and shoulders go away. I was a bit sore the next day, but great now and the tightness and knots are gone. Thank you Tina. I will definitely be back and soon! If you have read my other reviews and were struggling to find a new place, perhaps try here!

This policy was never disclosed before the service, and there was no signage anywhere indicating that tips were mandatory or that a minimum amount was required. What made the experience even worse was that I was not allowed to leave until I paid the tip amount they requested. Tips are supposed to be voluntary, and I felt extremely uncomfortable and pressured. If a business has a tipping policy, it should be clearly communicated to customers before the service begins not after the fact. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling more stressed than relaxed, and I won't be returning.
