Brian was extremely friendly coming out to start the process, and the timeline went along exactly like promised. All of my texted questions were immediately answered. The final product is a really quality, sturdy and strong gate. The materials are top-notch. And I'm really happy with the appearance since it was not against a vertical wall on one side. Talked with Brian, set up an appointment for him to stop by the house. When he showed up we talked about what I wanted, showed him pics of gates I liked. He measured where the gates were. Talked about gate style & colors & came up with a final design. Put a deposit down in May & waited from that point on. The process of fabricating the gates takes awhile (months) besides their business having other clients to take care of. I understood this & was good with the wait. It all worked out, in the meantime I had refinanced my house & had the funds to cover the cost instead of using a credit card. These gates cost a bit more but these will last a lifetime! I'm an robotics engineer with a masters degree in advanced robotics engineer and science, recently…read moreI visited the RT welding to have my 2 aluminum scooter plates welded together, when I got there there were respectful but very cold people and than I showed one of the representatives the aluminum birds that need to be welded together he said that it is possible but they can not promise that it'll be 100 straight, I agreed and went to the office, the other representative said that they not sure if the weld will hold and not damage the aluminum boards but because of their busyness it'll be in 2 weeks, we agreed that in that same week they test the weld and let me know if it's going to wort and the estimated price. I waited that week and got no calls, at the end of second week I went there to know what's going on and the representative said that they tried the weld and it's working than gave me my boards back and said sorry we don't have time to do this, I was astonished, I don't know it was a race thing or just no humanity left, it was a very simple job for a 3 bay big business and I was prepared to pay whatever reasonable price they asked. With all said I'm very sad that people lost beliefs in Divinity and humanity.

Eddie is an unbelievably talented welder, master communicator and goes WELL above and beyond to…read moremake sure he takes care of his customers. I had a very difficult project involving the fabrication of I-Beams for a window at my business. The structural engineer's notes were very hard to understand and there was information missing on the technical aspects of how the I-Beams would be secured. Eddie spoke with the structural engineer multiple times as well as the installer to insure everything went well. He also took several calls from me and explained everything in layman's terms. He even talked to my contractor and discovered we didn't have a long enough beam for fabrication. So he called his supplier and had them swap out the 20 foot beam for a 30 foot beam only charging me for the additional cost of the longer beam. Who does that for free?! Eddie does. And then he even called a week later to make sure I passed inspection and if there is anything else I needed. Thinking I was done I said we fortunately passed inspection and are good. Well then the city needed his welding certification so I called him and he texted me the certification while we were on the phone and took the time to read through the city requirements to make sure I wasn't missing anything else they may need. Eddie is just the best. Honest, fair price, phenomenal communicator, problem solver, and goes WAY out of his way to get the job done right. Do not look any further than Eddie at Mayhem. I would work with Eddie even if he were on the other side of the country. Yes he IS that good!!!
