If you are looking for the best quality, workmanship, impressive final product, and most importantly absolute stellar customer service - look no further than Fusion Metalworks! The previous homeowner had put up a sorry excuse for a gate which consisted of two shabby fence panels tied together with chicken wire and a rotten 2x6 board on the bottom to attempt to close the gap of my slanted driveway. This just wasn't going to do. I needed something modern, hefty, and private. I began my search for a new gate a few months ago. Fusion Metalworks came highly recommended online and by neighbors. I browsed through their website and Facebook posts and found several designs I liked. I called for a quote and Brian arrived just a few days later. Brian brought a binder of designs and samples of the materials they commonly use. Some of the sample material included stock of the heavy gauge metal they use (vs the thin walled metal that other companies use), wood decking, mesh metal screen, and a pamphlet of powder coat colors. My other half and I went back and forth several times on design and color and Brian answered all of our questions without ever rushing us. We decided to go forward with a 70/30 split gate with rosewood colored wood decking slats. Brian took measurements and a deposit, informed me of the lead time, and the deal was done. Right on time I received an email from Fusion Metalworks that the gate was complete and they were ready for the install. They worked around my busy schedule and we setup for a Friday morning install. The install crew showed up on time and fully prepared. The main gate is 12-foot-wide and the small gate is 4 foot wide. Let me tell you, this thing is beefy. It took 5 guys to get it off the trailer and into the 4-foot hole they dug into dirt that was like granite. The install took 1.5 days. The first day included demolition of the old gate, digging the giant hole, setting the main gate and roughing in the small gate. The second day was all about attention to detail and included final setting of the small gate, installing the cane bolts and associated footings and holes to drop the cane bolts into, alignment, bracing/strapping, and the fancy latch that can be secured and opened/closed from both inside and out. On both days Brian was working alongside the install crew. This was important to me because he was brains behind the design and was able to overcome small issues during install. The customer service and kindness provided by Brian throughout the process is second to none. I emailed him several questions after the initial consultation and threw a few curve balls along the way such as looking to him for a solution on how to tie an old wood fence into the design of the new gate. He handled every question and concern with the utmost professionalism and he was speedy as well. We love love love the new gate! It swings smooth as butter. The design is simple and modern and is virtually maintenance free. I would highly recommend Fusion Metalworks to my friends and family, and anyone who appreciates a company that can create great design and is willing to put in the hard work to make the entire experience perfect.

Hi Dan. Yes we can weld new hinges on. If you send me the pictures I can give you a quote. Send them to brian@fmetalworks.com…

Do you install coyote rollers on fences?

Yes we can as long as the fence will support them and allow a strong attachment.

I had a very difficult project involving the fabrication of I-Beams for a window at my business. The structural engineer's notes were very hard to understand and there was information missing on the technical aspects of how the I-Beams would be secured. Eddie spoke with the structural engineer multiple times as well as the installer to insure everything went well. He also took several calls from me and explained everything in layman's terms. He even talked to my contractor and discovered we didn't have a long enough beam for fabrication. So he called his supplier and had them swap out the 20 foot beam for a 30 foot beam only charging me for the additional cost of the longer beam. Who does that for free?! Eddie does. And then he even called a week later to make sure I passed inspection and if there is anything else I needed. Thinking I was done I said we fortunately passed inspection and are good. Well then the city needed his welding certification so I called him and he texted me the certification while we were on the phone and took the time to read through the city requirements to make sure I wasn't missing anything else they may need. Eddie is just the best. Honest, fair price, phenomenal communicator, problem solver, and goes WAY out of his way to get the job done right. Do not look any further than Eddie at Mayhem. I would work with Eddie even if he were on the other side of the country. Yes he IS that good!!!

Several other welders looked at the job and did not want to take it on, but Ramos got it done. I also hired them to fabricate a new double gate that matched the existing panels, and it came out beautifully. Throughout the project, they were responsive, answered all of my questions, and, most importantly, I felt they were honest. At no point did I feel like they were trying to price gouge me, which I really appreciated. Overall, they delivered excellent workmanship and great customer service.
