At the counter there was only one employee. Quickly there was a huge line and she was very busy. She listened, she was patient, informative and eagerly took care of everyone. The range staff visibly comes by every so often to ensure everything is being handled with care and to ensure everyone has the range badge. Yes, this range is all outdoors. You share the range with others. With proper communication everything runs smoothly. If you are here to improve your game and every so many shots you have to check your card yo have to walk and check yourself, while everyone waits but not a bad deal at all. Some places go $40, some go $50 and go lower with each transfer. This place is $10 always. It's a small shop, but, though I haven't seen it, they have a warehouse with a lot of stuff. Guns, military surplus, a grownup's toy store. Dave, the older of the two gentlemen I've seen behind the counter, likes to say they pay out more for surplus than GI supply but also sell for less. So you guys trying to clear CIF, or sell extra after CIF, this is a good spot. Now the bad, and there isn't much, at least not in my eyes. If you want to stop by for a browsing look-see, it's a bit of a gamble. The guys tend to go to gun shows or trade shows or the like pretty often, so you'd be best off calling ahead and making an appointment. And be specific. They're usually pretty accommodating but, well don't go by the posted hours too closely.
