I paid top dollar for my project and made sure everything was clearly documented in writing before moving forward. There was no confusion about what was agreed upon. The design, expectations, and scope of work were all discussed and approved beforehand. Fast forward more than two months later, and my vehicle has now been sitting at their shop for over four weeks. I still do not have it back. The biggest issue is that the finished product is not what we agreed to. Multiple employees have acknowledged what was originally approved and can see the written communication themselves. Instead of correcting the mistake, the effort has been focused on convincing me to accept a product that differs from what was sold and what I paid for. Communication throughout the process has been extremely poor. Most updates only come after repeated follow-ups. Calls and messages often go unanswered. I even reached out directly to ownership to give them an opportunity to step in and resolve the situation before posting this review and received no response. To their credit, they seem to have a lot of business and their marketing appears to be working. Unfortunately, my experience has been that the customer experience, attention to detail, and follow-through have not kept pace with their growth. This review isn't about a delay. Delays happen. This is about paying premium pricing, having everything documented, waiting months, and still not receiving the product that was agreed upon. For ownership, I hope this review is taken seriously because there appears to be a breakdown in communication, accountability, and quality control. For potential customers, just make sure you understand the risk. My experience has been poor communication, missed expectations, lack of accountability, and being asked to accept something different than what was originally promised. At the time of writing this review, I still do not have my vehicle back.

I had a good feeling about Magic, and they are highly rated, so I went for a visit to his shop. He came out and looked over my car right away. His estimate was about the same as all the others, starting at $250, but his knowledge and personality impressed me right away. I liked him, and liked what he had to say, so we scheduled a full detail. My car was in pretty good shape, but the candy apple red paint was getting dingy, and I had some stains on the seats that were bothering me. I had tried to shampoo them myself, with mixed results. Boy, am I glad I used Magic Auto Detailers! I couldn't believe how clean and shiny my car looked when I picked it up! Brian had it for two days, and they must have been working on it full time. The exterior is bright and shiny again, and every speck of dirt was gone from the wheels, body, etc. The headlights look better than new. He even painted my black plastic side mirrors, and told me they will always look like that! The interior is better than I had hoped for! The seats are perfect, as is the carpeting. They even cleaned inside my glove box. It looks brand new! When I looked at the emailed invoice/receipt, it mentioned the engine. I hadn't even considered this, and I didn't ask him to do the engine. I immediately went out and opened the hood. Good Lord! My engine looks like it has never been used! Every bit of gunk and grime is gone, and all the black plastic looks brand new! If you want your car detailed to perfection, take it to Brian at Magic Auto Detail. I paid a little over $400, with the extra polish wax, and it was worth it. I'm not being compensated by Magic, I just feel strongly about supporting small businesses when they do outstanding work. Bravo Magic!

Our vehicle has…read morebeen in their possession since an August 2025 accident, and we received it back once but had to send it back shortly after due to ongoing issues caused after their repairs. First, we were told the used turbo they installed was faulty. Insurance approved and paid for a replacement. Then we were told the catalytic converter was damaged due to the failed turbo -- insurance paid for that as well. When we were supposed to pick up the car again, there was no communication. After we followed up, we were suddenly told by Jessica the engine is now blown, allegedly due to damage from the turbo failure. Insurance denied that claim. Jessica stated she did not trust her own mechanic and wanted Ford to provide a second opinion, repeatedly assuring us nothing would be out of pocket. However, we later received a call from the dealership after they towed it there saying we would now need to authorize and pay until fault was determined -- completely contradicting what we were told. Communication has been inconsistent and unprofessional. At one point Jessica spoke negatively about her own mechanic, then later changed her position. When we asked for clarification, she was loud, argumentative, and accusatory instead of helpful. We have been without our vehicle for months and still lack clear answers or full documentation. I would strongly caution anyone considering this shop. I don't know how this shop was rated best in the AV! No manager has reached out to us during this process and their employee Jessica is rude, yells at customers, and hangs up the phone rather than take any accountability for the failed information she provided. We are still waiting for Jose the manager to contact us. Jessica stated we can talk to him or we can come into office to talk to her directly which we took as a threat. I am Looking into an attorney if things do not get resolved or explained and would recommend any shop then this one if you can!!

Came in for a quote regarding some light dents and paint transference. I informed the individual that I wasn't sure if I wanted the work done because I truly didn't care enough, (I'll be trading this car in, and the milage is over 100000). I also informed them I didnt care about any paint chips as most of the paint was simply paint transference from the hit. The quote I recieved was $4200. For light dent removal. I have had my entire front door, headlight, side mirror and front panels completely destroyed in the past and was quoted literally in 5k and had it all replaced and looking brand new. The quote I recieved here was absolutely outrageous. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure they probably do great work as there are many positive reviews, if your insurance is fronting the bill or if you don't have to worry financially as much. If you're someone who prefers to budget more and recieve high quality work, this is probably not the place for you.
