    I LOVE this fish store! Everyone here is super friendly and nice. The main guy that has helped me is Mike. He's extremely knowledgeable with every and any species. He helped guide me to set up my salt water aquarium. I trust his advice 100%. I go to him for anything. He's helped me so much. If you have any questions, ask for Mike. Trust me! He's super sweet! If it weren't for him, my tank wouldn't be thriving like it is right now. Thanks Mike! You're the best!

    Individualized experience! Super helpful staff and knowledgeable. They couldn't find what I needed but would not give up until I was satisfied. Eventually they found the filter I needed. I was able to set my tank up the same day with their help (rocks, plants, fish, food, conditioner and bacteria) and my fish are doing great!

    Customer service is fantastic and the selection of tropical fish are great. Compared to giant chain pet stores like Petsmart...Petsmart is experiencing lot of fish being sold out. But here, there still selection of good quality fish. The associate that help me bagged all of my selected fish by species. I did not even asked her to, which was a nice touch.

    So I know for a fact they are very knowledgeable about their salt water fish. And have wonderful well taken care of aquariums. I'm giving two stars because they are selling an animal specifically a fresh water crab that they have little knowledge about it's care. I had picked a crab and asked all about it's care before purchasing. The worker informed me it was a 100% aquatic freshwater crab, very easy care, just needs pellet food and gets along with tropical fish. The marking for the crab on the freshwater aquarium was very basic like just "crab". I did try googling his species before purchasing and couldn't find it based on what I could see of them. I should have been wiser and asked specifically what kind of crab it was to help me to proper research before purchase. Either way I brought the little guy home and proceeded to research more about him. I learnd he is a red claw crab. A species that is NOT 100% aquatic NOR FRESHWATER. Infact they need brackish water, do not do well in 100% fresh water and need some kind of land out of water. All of the fish I purchased are doing fine but this little guy died. I really wish their employees werr better trained on what they are selling and could answer the questions with accurate information. As well as having the tanks marked with better information.

    EXTREMELY friendly, i went in today and asked a few questions. They were more than willing to help me out! They actually asked me if I needed help. I was so surprised on how much they knew as well. Their tanks seem taken care of well. I would for sure go to them again. Thank you so much for being so friendly!

    Unfortunately my 20 gallon fish tank broke... I needed a fish tank ASAP. I went to Three Little Fish and they had a variety of fish tanks to choose from. They provided me with great information. I even ended up with two more fishes since they have an entire lot full of Salt and fresh water fishes. Their customer service was great!

    Been here a few times. They have a good number of tanks but never have the fish I'm hunting for. The tanks don't look as healthy or as stocked as I'd expect from a LFS. They do carry most of the equipment you'd expect to find at the LFS. However, the selection isn't much. The employee doesn't check on patrons so if you need fish you may have to hunt for the employee. I was in the store for 15 minutes and was never checked on. There is a small parking lot in front of the store with free parking.

    Best pet store in AV I think they are top notch on every aspect..very clean..very knowledgeable..great customer service..great environment all atound.

    This family owned business is humorous to say the least. I understand you're in the business of making money, but trying to justify a problem/issue with the poor quality of fish he sales by blaming the customer for having "toxic" water in order to avoid responsibility is just flat out lame. Specially when "toxic" is defined and determined by them. I appreciate the lecture, Javier, as I'm sure the rest of your clients/victims would agree. Word of advise, instead of putting the responsibility on you clients, maybe you should do a better job at screening your supplier. Anyway, I bought 5 fish (neon tetras) one died before morning. I called and asked about their return policy. I was told 24 hrs, but they require you bring a sample of your tank water (to criticize) in order to explain that if the water has any amount of ammonia, nitrates, etc; they are not liable. The other 4 fish I bought are alive and thriving. My advise to you; adopt the "customer is right" business mentality and do what's right for your customers or risk loosing any more return business. I WILL NOT BE bringing my business back to this place on the mere principle--$2.99 just cost you a lifetime customer. Wish you the best of luck Javier and fam.

    Place is nice. Clean tanks. I have dealt with 3 people there and so far they have been very helpful. Will be go going back.

Their variety in kitty litter are perfect, you have options in different cat food brands which is amazing because it's organized by brand name (just perfect) Their service is also great, I like that you can approach an employee and be helped and when your shopping around they don't bug you. I preferred it that way cause I can concentrate on what to get my cats. At the cashiers the employees I've encountered are super sweet and I haven't had any problems. If anyone has had issues with them it's because it's been provoked, treat employees shitty get shitty treatment back. But they were wonderful

    I will NEVER bring my dog here again…read more Scheduled for a 9:30AM grooming appointment and told it would be a 3-4 hour wait. I have a chunky longhaired chihuahua, asked for a trim and paid for extras like nail grind, tooth brush, etc. Waited until the 4.5 hour mark to call and check up on her, was told it would be another thirty to forty five minutes and they would ring me when she was ready. Okay, fine. I waited another hour and a half without getting a call, and decided that was enough. Get to the store (she's been here 6 hours at this point) and the groomer is just BARELY starting on her haircut. So wtf have you been doing with my dog this entire time? The groomer tells me 20 more minutes, she'd just gotten off her lunch break. I wait another hour in store before they're finished, and I am infuriated. No apologies, just excuse after excuse. "Oh the groomer is new, oh we're busy today, oh your dog needed extra attention for some matting she had". Bull. They charge me $86 and by the time I get home, I realize that she still has matting in her coat, her nails have not been trimmed, and her teeth have not been brushed. So what the actual f did I pay for and wait 7.5 hours for? Not to mention, the dogs are stuck in cages the entire time they're back there and have no choice but to urinate and defecate in these cages since they're not being taken out. God awful experience. Don't use Kara, don't use this location period. I'll be finding my dog a new groomer that's actually capable of doing their work in a timely manner.
