Nice little place, doesn't look like much on the outside but I gave it a chance looking for craft beer and I was pleasantly surprised at the selection, both cold and on shelf. Many of the bottles on the shelf aren't price marked, but it's worth taking them up for a price check. There are some rare beers to be found here, at a steal. So I walk into the store (wearing a kippah) looking for kosher wine. I asked the owner if he had Israeli wine. He then begins to lecture me about kosher wines, which he has no clue. Suckered! Knowledgeable manager (Victor) helped us find a nice whiskey (12 year Blanton's 93proof). There was no price on the bottle so he "went to check". $99 seemed high but he was very convincing about the quality of the whiskey. I didn't have data on my phone to check the price beforehand, so I just trusted him. Big mistake! When I got home and checked the online price... WHAM! The store, fine, but the lack if professionalism by the store manager, on Christmas Eve no less, is incredible. He mislabeled and put higher quality bottles on the shelf than he meant to. Rather than honoring his marked price or trying in any way to help his customers he chose pride over good business sense. He stepped over his attendant her station, who was embarrassed for the store incidentally, acting like she had made a mistake or was getting in the way of his efforts to win the poor service award. She was only trying to help us get what we needed. He made this place seem cheap, unprofessional, and of poor quality. In the end he wouldn't sell us anything. Needed a specialty liqueur and I wasn't in the mood to drive to Moreno Valley 20 miles away to get it at BevMo. A relative suggested I try this place out. I was initially skeptical, but upon entering the store it was very obvious that their selection of alcohol was HUGE! The staff were able to point me in the right direction, and I found the liqueur I wanted. Their beer selection is vast and I am always surprised when I intentionally look for something impossible to find and they have it. I came here yesterday and the owner Victor was here. He was extremely helpful. I spent almost 200 dollars. I came back today because I got the wrong product yesterday and the service was TERRIBLE. Don't ask for the manager (the guy with a short ponytail) because with a complaint about customer service he makes excuses. My roommate and his brother have been going here for over a year. They finally dragged me in and the selection is good, but we got an old pack of beer that we ended up throwing away. Then my roommate and his brother went in today to get a keg filled and there was a confusion at the register and without prompting the owner started screaming at them. He yelled that he did not "trust" them and that they needed to leave his store. Very upset by this, we will not be going back to this location. Not my first visit here on this check in here, and it won't be last! I love this place, it is independently owned but it's selection rivals big box stores which I also like. However Mega Liquor has best beer selection over competition with huge variety of Russian, Czech, Asian, German, Belgian, South America. Some days they have tasting of liquor or wines which is cool. Liquor selection is large and they carry vary unique liquors such as Absinthe. Wine selection is also varied but I'm not big into wine so I do not visit wine areas usually. Prices are competitive too big stores and the owner is cool guy and one of few people I talk too about UK. Great service as usual and I'll be back when I'm in the area! read more

I can speak only as a mailorder/web customer, but I am really really happy with this business. Ever since my state privatized liquor sales, I have been unable to find my favorite rum locally, and the few places I found nationally either wouldn't ship out of their state or had incredibly high shipping costs. Not only did MLW have it for the best price I've ever seen, but buying multiple bottles left the shipping price per bottle completely reasonable (and total price per bottle far less than I ever paid locally). Dug this place when I first found it. What was there not to love? Huge selection of craft beer and spirits. It wasn't until about a year ago that I started noticing little things that became upsetting to me. A new "enjoy by" came out and I went to go purchase it. The store owner Victor greeted me very warmly when I said hi to him,until I asked him where they kept the new brew. His expression immediately turned cold and he simply said they do not carry stone products anymore, they will try to sell the remaining inventory they have and that will be it. This is an innocent statement by itself, but any respecting craft beer fan knows that most craft beers not cellared properly will lose its flavor and it's best to drink fresh (BA beers aside). This does not seem to matter to victor, as the majority of his "40,000 plus beers" are kept in the open and are extremely old. I decided to let this incident go and hope that things would get better, until I noticed an issue with his website. Don't ever attempt to go on his website and get an accurate price on his liquors. The first time I noticed this was several months ago when I saw in his website that he carried michters toasted bourbon for 39.99 (website price). I went to buy this bottle and found that I was paying 44.99 for it. I brought the issue up to him and he said the website was out of date, the prices weren't accurate. Skip forward and I saw makers mark cask strength (375 ml) for 34.99 on the website, store price was 39.99. I remembered what he told me, but It just did not sit right with me that he could advertise one price and sell for another, but i just kept telling myself the price wasnt that much different and it wasnt a big deal. The final straw was today when i saw a bottle of high west double rye for 31.99 on the website. I thought the difference would only be about 5 dollars when I got to the store, wrong. 44.99... WTF?!?! His employee then tells me that their prices are cheaper online to offset shipping prices, which was a lie because not all prices were different (the other michters varients, for example, are 39.99 online AND in store). This also completely contradicted what victor told me about the website being outdatwd. How is anyone supposed to know what your prices are if they don't want to go to your store victor?!?! I'm officially done with this place. He has a huge selection of beer and liquor, but I'm no longer willing to sacrifice quality for quantity. If you are, mega liquor warehouse is perfect for you. About mega liquor in NORCO. I came in to mega liquor on Tuesday, May 13th around 6.30 pm. I had an issue that I ended up figuring out on my own. Why on my own? Because the young lady was literally STUPID. it took me about 15 minutes of repeating myself because she was confused. I literally started on giving up because it was frustrating tob get my point across to a wall. I don't want to sound like a dick but that's exactly what it was. Girl can't count, doesn't fully process anything I say. After a while I called her rude and was just getting angry. She rolls her eyes at me and looks up to what looked like a tv. I was furious. How dare she. I've been to your main store in Hemet and everyone was nice and professional. They don't chew gym in my face and roll their eyes at me. Why would you allow her to use such behavior. I've been a regular here for about few months now don't think I am coming back after this incident. Very unpleasant experience. I have proven this several times over. I go to different parts of our great nation, and come back to where I live, and Victor will order the beers.
