I bought an expensive device here and I come back because it wasn't functioning properly. After they looked at the device, I was denied a refund because they suggested it was probably a manufacturing defect and that I should put a claim through the manufacturing warranty. Their other solution was to sell me a new device at a "discount" and I could keep the broken device. After contacting the manufacturer they concluded that the device was defective and they would send me a new device. I cannot believe that this burden was pushed onto me. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
