On weekends I may wear carhartts, t-shirts, ball caps, and hiking boots but during the work week the dress code is business casual. When I sign documents in my office MHR, LPC, LADC/MH follows my signature. When I went into this shop dressed as I often do on weekends I was treated like a bum off the corner and the young man implied that I may not have the money to pay for the tobacco I was interested in for my pipe and did not want me to waste his time weighing it out if I could not pay for it. I will not shop here again. If you want top service here make sure you wear expensive clothes, and maybe wear a Rolex. read more

If you're not sure what you're looking for, the staff are more than happy to talk to you and guide you to a selection that will suit your taste. If pipes are more your speed, they also have a pipe counter with several fresh pipe tobacco choices. As with the cigars, the staff will work with you to find what you're looking for.
