Had to repeat myself 5 times minimum for each thing I said. After 20 minutes of coaching him through the sale we get to the counter and he decides to tell me the card machine was down(which I had in my hand the whole time) and that he could go next door to use theirs. After I told him that's fine he tells me he can't because he can't leave the store. I get that it's hard mental work to handle one customer in todays scary world but you need to buck up if you want money to pay for your apparent excessive drug habit. At the time, one of my electronic vape died on me, and I was in dire need of a new vape. Despite my normal vape shop not having the one I wanted in stock, a quick call to Krazy Ape addressed my concerns without hesitation, and had more than enough of said device in different colors. Upon walking in, I was greeted immediately by one of the owners of the business. The entire area was clean and full of updated items! He immediately presented me with multiple options for my choosing. I proceeded to ask about the business (since I assumed it was new), and was informed that this was one of many other shops around town. Good to know! During this exchange, I was shocked to find out their prices on my items to be LOWER than my usual vape shop. On top of that, he handled the entire transaction with professionalism and care.
