This is the most asinine thing ever , it's controlling , and promotes false beliefs that vaping is dangerous or something which is counterproductive to the vaping industry. I've never seen another store enforce such dumb policies where staff are allowed to fuss at paying customers . Also they took the pay to try thing away , citing Covid restrictions . They are phasing out the small bottles of their vape juice and I can see why they weren't busy. They really could've cared less about me giving them business, just were fixated on goofy policies . Won't be back. Will stick to my local stores that are cool enough to allow vaping in the stores (where the staff do it too) and want/appreciate my business badly, unlike this place:

Talk about SERVICE!…read more I had the opportunity to visit this shop for the first time since I was in a hurry to my destination one day, and was not near my regular vape shop across the street from the neighborhood. At the time, one of my electronic vape died on me, and I was in dire need of a new vape. Despite my normal vape shop not having the one I wanted in stock, a quick call to Krazy Ape addressed my concerns without hesitation, and had more than enough of said device in different colors. Upon walking in, I was greeted immediately by one of the owners of the business. The entire area was clean and full of updated items! He immediately presented me with multiple options for my choosing. I proceeded to ask about the business (since I assumed it was new), and was informed that this was one of many other shops around town. Good to know! During this exchange, I was shocked to find out their prices on my items to be LOWER than my usual vape shop. On top of that, he handled the entire transaction with professionalism and care. Needless to say, I no longer have a need to go to my ex-vape shop. Trust me, this is THE shop to go to. Hands down the best experience I've had.. and I've been to plenty. Krazy Ape all the way

But when I went to open it later on, there was no disposable in the box at all. I don't understand how that could be a factory issue as this has never happened to me. Came in to the store describing this issue and the employee did not care at all. He was no help and did not even try to check the other boxes to see if that was an issue with the brand or anything. Just sat there and said there was nothing he could do because of his policy. I feel scammed completely. Just moved into the area so I was looking for a regular shop to frequent, this definitely will not be it. Maybe it was a one time issue, but his customer service was terrible addressing it. If you read this and still choose to shop here, at least check to make sure the product is in the box before leaving so you are not scammed as well.
