They said it would cost $95 dollars for my fiancee and I to rent a wave runner and go parasailing. My fiancee and I drove form Hollywood to here because we believed them! When we arrived they tried charging us $200 dollars!!! WHAT THE HECK! Then the worker tried telling me it's because they hired a answering department so he can deal with costumers like me?!?! OMG! Unfortunately, the initial welcome wasn't great. We weren't really greeted--just asked for our names so we could receive a card to board the boat. The woman helping us continued chatting with her coworker and looking at her phone while assisting us, which felt a bit dismissive. The weather was beautiful and the views around the harbor were fantastic, making for a really relaxing cruise. Jeff, the bartender, was a highlight of the trip. He was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the harbor. He even took a couple of photos for my husband and me, which we really appreciated. Overall, while the check-in experience could definitely be more welcoming and attentive, the cruise itself was enjoyable thanks to the scenery and the great service from Jeff at the bar.

My wife wanted to stay at the hotel but more importantly she wanted BouYah water sports for our friends and family to enjoy. BouYah never disappoints, they make sure you have fun, stay safe and are protected while on the water. Jeff, Luis and Jonathan were awesome and our party had a great time and fun was had by all! In addition to the water sports, Boucher Brothers, Latonya and Lester did a great job with setting up cabanas, chairs and umbrellas to keep our party safe from the sun and the rain. If you are under 34 years old you have to take a boating test (which was pretty easy) before riding. The online platform was very easy to use to take the test and sign the documents (everything gets emailed to you). Alex guided us through the channels into the ocean where we got to ride as fast as we wanted. Alex was very great at directing us & keeping us away from the other boats while also explaining the rules/how tos before we started riding. The jet skis, the communication, and the customer service was great! We will deff be using this company again in the future! Ps they also will accommodate Groupon prices- just call them and let them know & you can book directly through them instead of using Groupon!

We resolved the upload issue using another computer, but the afternoon of the reservation, we get a "reminder" to complete the forms from "Tiffany" so texted and called again a few more times to make sure they got everything needed. Texted multiple times, no response other than the canned BS. Showed up at the designated time 30 minutes early, not a jetski in sight, continued to call without any response right up until 5 minutes AFTER the reservation. Lesson learnt, I won't book anything on line like this without speaking with someone or doing more research prior. Anyway, I already have my money back from the card company (thank you USAA) but I can't get back the time and effort (and disappointment) that we had put into planning what was supposed to be a nice afternoon on the water. So make SURE you use a good card company when you book with someone as dodgy as this place.
