I told them they will send something else to our location that had AC! We had to wait 1hr 30 minutes for another bus to arrive when it did that bus didn't have working AC either! But, that's what you should expect with these people. This was a booking for a VIP client event on Feb 28, 2019. 1) They show up 15 minutes late. Timing was important. I made that clear when I confirmed pick up with both Bryan and the driver. 2) The black bus had no A/C. We had to put one of our clients in an Uber back to the hotel after she fell ill due to heat on the bus. I learned yesterday that the reason four people didn't come to our dinner that night or meetings the next day was due to being overheated on the ride home. 3) The WORST part: while I'm panicking during the event, trying to get another bus, or, thinking how to get this bus fixed I called Lux twice.
