I called the store to verify that they indeed had what I was looking for and they did. I arrived and was met with a kind attitude by the associate and I purchased my items. He also alerted me that the items I was purchasing were about to be on back order, so if I needed them, now was the time to get as many as I could, which I appreciated that knowledge. When i went back into the store the only option was, "we can sell you another one". Really? Didnt even try to help or empathize with me. Anyway, I went to Vapormax right off of hwy 78. Tara is fantastic! She managed to fix the vape and showed more concern and genuine interest in trying to help me than the store I originally bought it from! Everytime ive gone into the store she has provided all kinds of useful tips and just been genuinely helpful. If i didn't live so far away, this would be the only shop I went to, and honestly, im thinking of just making the drive all the time. Worth it.

My favorite part about the place was getting to meet the owner . He was super friendly and had so much knowledge about the products . He was so helpful and really went above and beyond to make sure I knew what I was buying and that it was the perfect product for what I was looking for . This is now the place that I am coming to for all of my smoking needs . He also had really cool items for around the house from cool posters to a light bulb that plays music !!! He asks invasive questions and lectures customers about why they shouldn't buy the products he is getting commission selling them! it's hypocritical and makes me not trust the safety of my personal data with an employee who regularly harasses the customers he is serving. If I were Priyesh Pomal I would fire this jerk and I would also have my employees take a fat sharpie to the shipping labels with the store owner's name on them. These are both examples of poor information security. They have recently changed their loyalty rewards system but customers still need to give their phone number out loud - yet another example of poor data security practice. They have a new paym system and it should be set up To allow customers to punch in their number. The regular weekday manager is fantastic and she always takes great care of her customers. The store is always CLEAN, staff is VERY friendly, and always knowledgeable on new products and merchandise. I really like that... Now, I gave 4 stars but honestly wish I could do 3.5!! I just feel this shop is always tryna to tax the hell outta you due to the owners. This issue I really think Is not the staff, but the owners for sure... On (2) previous visits, I had forgotten coal and hookah tips and came just to grab a few. They only sell items in large bulk! It just seems like they are always tryna push you to get more. A 2nd time I needed to purchase a new tobacco container for the hookah, and the employee had to keep calling the owner just to get an answer. The store that evening was out of tips, containers, and the flavor tobacco I like.....The owner obviously said "No", and I had to purchase another container for $17 and literally buy more than I anticipated because they were out of stock on several items. It was even a Friday night! Aside from those issues the store is ok, but start selling some A la Carte items. If I come in and wanna buy 1 small pack of coconut coals, have those in stock.. Not just a $15 box. If I wanna buy 5 tips, have a container where I can grab 5 tips, and not always force me to buy an entire bag, especially If I don't need that many. One thing I noticed is they do have some pretty trendy items from some of the brands, so I think that's pretty cool and will increase to 4 because it's in a nice area and that may be the reason they tax yo ass unlike some of the other stores in the area. Nonetheless, due to the location, staff, and the unique merch it's worth the visit.

I offered to purchase up. They would only apply half of what I spent to the greater purchase. In my opinion that is just bad business. I do not recommend. Do not go here!! They have a strict no return/no exchange policy and expect the consumer to just…read moredeal with the manufacturer directly. I purchased a $75 vaporizer as a gift and it never worked. It boiled the juice and spit it out, once burning the person who used it. When I went to exchange it they told me that I would have to mail it back to the manufacturer and deal with it myself. The only thing they offered was a DISCOUNT on another vaporizer (they incorrectly assumed that I would ever spend another dollar in their store). There are a lot of great vape shops in and around Atlanta. Save yourself the hassle and skip this one!!
