He also alerted me that the items I was purchasing were about to be on back order, so if I needed them, now was the time to get as many as I could, which I appreciated that knowledge. Great store, amazing service. I had just recently bought a new vaporizer from Blue Rat(not going…read moreback) and it broke. I dropped it, but I only had it for a few days. When i went back into the store the only option was, "we can sell you another one". Really? Didnt even try to help or empathize with me. Anyway, I went to Vapormax right off of hwy 78. Tara is fantastic! She managed to fix the vape and showed more concern and genuine interest in trying to help me than the store I originally bought it from! Everytime ive gone into the store she has provided all kinds of useful tips and just been genuinely helpful. If i didn't live so far away, this would be the only shop I went to, and honestly, im thinking of just making the drive all the time. Worth it.
