My husband and I went into K Town yesterday. And we're treated like true guests. We had my grandsons with us. The staff gave them checkers to play and offers them something to drink while they waited for us to mess around. The staff their was awsome. We are vape shop junkies and have been in several places several times. At some shops once you become a regular and your newness wears off they give you that look like ( OH YOU AGAIN ) there are only 2 shops we have been in that never treat us that way. K Town and Vaperite. I hate to mention another vape shop but it's true. We have been vaping for almost a year now and we learn new things every time we go to K Town. I have been enjoying this establishment for a while and greatly prefer the atmosphere to other shops. The owner is commited to helping everyone in a personal and professional way. With the veriety of e-liquid and equipment that ranges from beginner to hobbyists you are sure to have the same wonderful experiences that I have had! Tip for fellow new vapors out there, I understand that a $40 startup kit is appealing for the price, but what truly got me off of cigarettes was better equipment that produced more vapor. With that said these guys offer a ~$70 starter kit that produced better vapor and flavor that made me unable to smoke a Marlboro!!! Good stuff!!! These people know what it means to provide customer service. I had a fantastic experience and I urge all of you considering this shop to PLEASE go! I purchased a rainbow Panzer clone and the herakles tank from them today. I found the tank wasn't quite working with my mech, and they sat with me trying to make it work. After a few attempts, they offered me a better tank that is well suited for mech mods. I am now using the Arctic tank and couldn't be more satisfied. K-Town is all about the customer. This one of the few shops outside my regular that i really enjoyed. The staff was friendly and knowledgable and the juice selection was overwhelming. The only thing that stops me from giving 5 stars the display for juice for a few reasons. One is that the way its layed out you are bound to knock over bottles all the time when trying to get the tester tank. Also they didnt have a mod for me to use which i dont mind but they use sigelie elite tanks which are rather bad and use ni200 coils which is annoying. All complaints are minor but should be mentioned. Overall a good shop. read more

This is one of the best vapor shops around. Very nice and knowledgeable staff. I was having problems with a mod purchased elsewhere, and the owner took time to not only clean and rebuild my mod, but explain every step as she went, and making sure everything was right. I've been in multiple times since to pick up new juice and talk shop with the staff, and when I finally decided to upgrade to a box, they were more than willing to sit down with me and go over the pros and cons of each device I was looking at. Patti is the best! I wanted to trade my ZNA50 for an Istick and i posted it on a FB group for trade...Patti came back with a fair trade with a HOT PINK Istick and 2 bottles of juice. I love my new mod AND her ejuice was very good! I got a bottle of cantaloupe, and it is delicious! I also got a bottle of Christmas Cookie, which is also yummy!! My personal go-to store for my vaping needs. There has always been a comfortable, relaxed vibe when I stop by there, and the customer service is always positive and well-informed. This right here is what a great vape shop is supposed to be. Great stock of tanks, mods, with a huge selection of juice lines, and even great house juices. I was impressed with the selection of hard to find and unique accessories. What would all this be without a great staff? Joe T couldn't have been more welcoming and down to earth, and, just through some easy conversation led me to some of the best juices I've tried. There are multiple vape shops between my house and K Town but none are as good as far as selection or staff. The K Town staff is well informed and personable. I especially enjoy it when Ginny is working not only because she'll joke around with me but because she remembers me when I come in. My favorite store to go to for any kind of vape supplies. The customer service from the staff is unmatched. The selection of liquid and hardware is by far he biggest I have seen in Kennesaw. This is bar far the best vape shop in Cobb county. They have an extensive selection and if they don't have what you're looking for, they will mix up any flavor you want on site, and give suggestions if you're not sure what you want. I work over in Marietta and Kennesaw si I tend to make special trips out there just to get some products. Their amount of of flavors and knowledge of each one is outstanding.
