Once September arrived, I reached out to see when they were going to come and do the job, Jeff stated that the company was running behind on jobs but reassured me that my job would be done. Then October arrived no word from Jeff. I reached out to him and he stated he would send me over the paperwork the next day. It never arrived. Try to get any other contractor to start the work the next day...Good luck. We provided the material and they got the job done!! They removed the old wood beams and installed new beams. Literally worked until it was dark! Again, good luck finding any other contractor that doesn't cut out by 3 o'clock! They knew how to do the job, and did it right! We are very pleased with the outcome. I will absolutely be reaching out to Rogers Renovations again in the future. You won't be disappointed. Give them a call!
