However, right before my inspection I found out these other services could not be provided. My home inspector provided great pictures and a lot of issues were in the report. However, my home inspector missed a lot of big concerns. The electrical was all messed up and needed rewiring (not too expensive to fix but this was a missed fire hazard). The new furnace was installed incorrectly and the furnace venting was too small ($5,000 bill). The electrical outlets weren't even grounded. How does a home inspector missed that?? It literally is just putting in a cheap testing device into the outlets to check them.

My siding job was never completed by him & he kept the deposit though and lied and shared the entire project was ordered; then he canceled the job via text. The roof leaked within 3 months, as none of the nailheads were properly sealed, improper sealing around the flashings and the job was a mess to REPAIR. Cost me $1500.00 to get it all corrected. (And I never got any responses about my siding, money or a new broom!) He is a nice guy when he meets you & then is as much of a snake as the other bottom feeding "roofing" companies. Bet he has never been on a ladder!
