He has given us warranty on his work yet we have experienced nothing but headache with the roof and siding he had installed. He has been rude, unhelpful and unprofessional when we attempted to have him help us find the reason for the leak. We have had leaking issue for about 3 years and the problem continues to get worse. We did not anticipate to replace roof and siding anytime soon when we hired Bob 11 years ago but looks like we will have to. Bad business, bad workmanship, horrible service.

Brian came over, pointed out issues and explained the pros and cons of fixing, repairing or replacing. He gave me many options for colors of shingles. His office staff put up with my many calls and questions as this was the first big home improvement I had done on my home. His team was prompt, professional and very clean. Even though the temp was in the high 80's the days they were here, there was no complaining and they worked hard to make sure all of the issues under the shingles were addressed and fixed properly. AFTER the new roof and gutters were placed, Brian returned to my home, did a thorough walk on the roof to make sure the work was completed to his high standards (it was).
