Therapist showed me how to do an exercise then left to attend to another patient without even observing if I was doing it correctly. Came back every 5-7 minutes afterward to give me another exercise, only to repeat the same disappearing act. Therapist literally spent 12 minutes with me while juggling other patients. So much for individual attention. Got billed for one hour of therapy for $435 for 12 minutes of instruction. Never once observed if I was doing exercises correctly. Another easy money scam. Welcome to America in the 2020s.

They used various methods in my treatment and assigned exercises I should do outside of therapy. They were encouraging and very supportive.
