I first visited Bruce Moselle several years ago when my back was acting up. Sometimes my lower back…read moregets the best of me....and I'm suddenly unable to do much due to the pain. Even though I have visited one other chiropractor in my life and I'm rather open to holistic medicine, there's still part of me that's going to be skeptical. Skeptic be damned. Dr. Moselle is the real deal. He got me back in balance (pun intended) within 4 visits and I returned for a few adjustments over the years. Unfortunately, he doesn't take my (or any, I believe) insurance, so I went way too long without even a tune-up. This past fall, my back went out again. It was bad. I got myself over there rather quickly and after my first appointment, I had immediate relief. It wasn't 100%, but I was able to sit. And stand. And walk. And move. And tie my shoes. And work out. I went back fairly frequently for a month but have tapered off a bit as of late. I feel great, but I do plan on going back for that tune-up soon. His techniques are interesting and his knowledge of anatomy is amazing. The connections between bones, muscles, tissues...and even what dehydration can do to the human body....he's quite the expert.
