Best PT's in town and nicest people at the front! Easy to get into and very flexible! No better place for PT in the 518!

Within two treatments, I was suddenly able to move my arm and turn my head. Over the next 10 weeks I rotated through 5 of the 6 therapists. Each had their own methods, they kept it fresh. They patiently trained me on how to exercise, coached me to not overdo it. I would never have imagined that being anxious to heal could be detrimental, but I researched it, they are right. Everyone was spot-on professional, including the front office. They are also very nice (fun, even) to work with. I thought I would dread PT; I came to look forward to it. I highly recommend High Peak Physical Therapy. Jeff Merrigan and his associates are the best. by the way, I see Randy B's review. Jeff owns the place; he is actually a Dr. of Physical Therapy. When I first walked in, I was very nervous (as I was in great distress). Jeff was the gatekeeper of the PT process. By the end of treatment 2, I was confident I was going to get better. Jeff's an expert, he kept track of my progress. I never met Brandon; I suspect he has moved on. If I ever need PT again, I would not hesitate to come back to High Peaks. As it turns out, a lot of the people I know at the gym also recommend High Peaks.

DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE…read more I can't even explain my frustration here. But I'll try my best. My aunt was here and she was being treated horribly along with her roommate. They both voiced the same thing -- they didn't feel safe there. The nurses are horrible and mean. My mom was visiting and WITNESSED an African American nurse yelling at my aunt and pulling her out of the bathroom because she was frustrated that my aunt "took too long" to get back up from the toilet. My aunts leg was bent a certain way and my aunt was screaming in pain. My mom finally said something & the nurse said "oh, you're with her?" And the look on her face was shocked -- she wasn't expecting anyone to speak up to her. The nurse screamed after that and said she's working 16 hours and she's tired. SO????? Why would you take it out on ANYONE? Especially someone who is depending on you for help??!! I can't even imagine how they treat them when no one else around. Please don't send ANYONE here. I wouldn't trust these people with a fly. Terrible.

They praise the staff that does not do their job and then suffocates/targets the ones that do everything under the sun for the residents there. Out of all the places to work this was the worst. This place will leave you going home with awful thoughts in your head that shouldn't be there. And yet they wonder why they can't keep anyone around lol. But I would NOT recommend you put your family members here if you want them to get the care they deserve. Please. I have not, not said anything in a very long time but I'm speaking up now because the community needs to know where they are putting their family and what their family will be around. Not to mention when I worked there, when state would show up here and there to make sure everything was how it was supposed to be the head staff would PRETEND to do their job would actually come up on to the floor ONLY when state was there and I thought it was so funny because when state wasn't there they would be hiding in their offices and I mean it when I say they NEVER were checking on anyone on any of the floors. When issues from residents family member were brought to their attention they would coward down. The amount of residents that got hurt was unthought of. Not to mention some me probably needed more medical attention then what they were given.
