To whom it may concern:…read more I have been a patron of this establishment for almost six years. I love this gym it has changed my life. However there seems to be a problem with how your upper management addresses me as a patron first of all and how im being treated for not participating. Yesterday I was In the middle of a workout. I was told! Not asked if I wanted to help move some very heavy awkward equipment. I didn't feel it was necessary and have also never been asked to do such a task as a paying member in that gym. Now for today's event. I'm just about to hit my big set and Nic approaches me again disreapectfully (2nd day in a row now) to tell me that right at peak gym hours he wants to move said equipment right where I'm at all of a sudden. So basically I got kicked out my area and told that space was needed and I left and I'm really upset and don't understand why I'm being treated like this. I come there for peace amd growth and he is making it difficult for some reason. Also qhen I started paying membership I was told it would only be a certain amount and never go up. The last 3 years my subscription goes up every year. So there is also that!

Called. The guy that…read moreanswered the phone couldn't be helpful at all, was rude, sarcastic and a just plain sarcastic jerk. Asked "how is your day" to the guy. Get as a response "what's up" Told him I just moved here his response and like to try a day choosing my gym. His response "yeah we are t gunna do that" What's a tool. Asked around town and everyone said this place is not worth it and the people are rude here. Annnnnd it happened. Jesus. So easy to be kind and welcome

What a great hotel with great employees. From the managers down to the regular employees, they all…read morehave great attitudes, are always helpful, and want to do their best to make your stay a pleasant one. The hotel is nice inside with a dining area, seating area, and small market. Of course, the hotel practices social distance and follows other Covid-19 safeguards. Masks are required at all times when on property. This hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants and shops. There's a car dealership across the street and on days that I was too tired to drive anywhere for a meal, I found so many cool places to eat in the neighboring parking lot within walking distance. I had a standard room and it was clean and modern-looking. I had no complaints about it. Due to Covid, they don't offer daily housekeeping. If you want service, you have to request it. There is a restaurant inside the hotel and it serves breakfast and dinner. Everything is cook-to-order now due to Covid of course. I like to get the omelettes. They were very tasty and the hash browns were crispy and not soggy like some restaurants. Dinner here is really, really good. I had dinner 3 times this week because of the snowy weather. I ordered the steak on one night, and the shrimp pasta twice. If you happen to be here during the week that they serve beef minestrone soup, do yourself a favor and order it. OMG, it was so yummy. The Creme brûlée and flourless chocolate cake were awesome. If you are in town, stay here.

Overpriced, tired, shabby, rundown and dirty. $440 a night…read morefor a double room in this hotel was a ripoff. The location isn't great and the whole hotel needs a refurbishment, I would avoid this hotel. The staff were nice and that was it's only redeeming feature.
