Once I told them about the issue, they took his business card and threw it away and stated thats not the first time they have heard this. Then I was in Mattawan Landscape supply looking at their hardscape options. When I was talking to the owner he pointed over to a contractor that he says does great hardscape work. He pointed to John. I informed him that John has not returned any of my calls, even to just say the project is too big for him or he does not have time. He never answers his phone either so you are always leaving a message. I am very reasonable about timing. I can have someone start tomorrow or a few months from now. I know these guys are busy. To completely ignore a potential customer shows lack of professionalism through my eyes and brings great concern to the actual project if he struggles to communicate on the front side. Are there any landscapers out there that would like a complete landscape job or even a few filler jobs?
