It's kinda dated and could use some upgrading, but it definitely works for me and the rent is perfect. Landlords are friendly enough. I've never had a real issue, but I'm a clean and quiet tenant and always pay my rent on time. There are a couple families with rowdy kids in the apartment that I don't appreciate, but not really the landlords fault. The kids above me are very rude and loud and their mom is never home to take care of them or keep them under control. Other than that I have zero complaints. Comfortable, clean, no bugs! I'm glad I landed here. It's a great place for a single person or a small family.

Don't use these people to manage your property, and don't rent from them. This company has managed…read morethe sub-divided house where I've lived for approx. 5 years. Today I am sitting through Day 2 of not having running water because they forgot to pay the bill. It's been a consistent history of the property not being maintained in a safe and clean manner. The electricity to the common areas has been shut off once. The weeds in the yard are approx. 18 inches high today. The front porch is caving in because they didn't bother to clean the gutters last fall. Last winter I didn't have heat in Dec. and the first week of January, it was 45 degrees in my apartment. Came to find out they needed a major boiler replacement. It got so bad the water pipes broke and damaged three of the apartments. They pick bad tenants. The front door was reported as broken out 9 months ago and it hasn't been replaced. Last summer when tenants moved out, no one cleaned the food and debris from the vacant apartment for 3 months. There's obvious things that should be fixed around the property, but I don't have any confidence it's going to happen.
