They arrived but with the previous quote and when I protested was accused of canceling the day before and was told that quote Ciara gave me was incorrect. The…read morefirst two times I went with someone my insurance company recommended - and had bad experiences with both. This time, I found a company Yelp recommended, went to the them first and got a written quote, then submitted it to my insurance company for approval. My insurance company approved the quote in a day, and by the next week I had the check to cover the entire cost of the replacement. Then I called Mike's to schedule the repair. I had to put a deposit down first, which I was expecting. NOTE: they charge a fee when you pay by credit card, so use check or debit card if you don't want to pay any money out of pocket for the repair. Day of the repair my car was taken back right away while I waited in their small, but clean, waiting room. It took about an hour and half. I loved that at the end I got a report showing all the calibrations were done, and my new windshield passed. I would definitely use Mike's Auto Glass again.

Jose not only was super helpful and friendly, but he had very fair prices as well! I really couldln't ask for more in a shop. If you need glass repair or window motor repair/replacement, you will not regret giving Jose a call at this location. He will make sure your car is fixed and that you are happy. He even impressed my husband, who at first was worried the shop would be like typical mechanics and overcharge, but he said himself how much he liked Jose and that shop. The tint is flawless and I was very impressed with the job. This is a local family owned business and they treated me like family. I have paid TWICE as much for lesser jobs. I wish there were more businesses like this. It use to be the rule not the exception to get this kind of service, at a very fair price and they would stand behind their work. Very unfortunate.
