I strongly recommend going somewhere else. I took my car to get the window fixed and the door now completely doesn't work. I Never ever had a problem with it until I took it this shop. I am so disappointed. I cannot believe that I went to this place to begin with!! when they say you get what you pay for believe it!now they said they are not responsible for the door when they are the ones that came out to my home to try to fix it for free! And even offered to fix it further more if issue continues. If that doesn't show you that they're guilty. I don't know what does. now they don't want nothing to do with trying to fix my door. I gave them a 5 only because there isn't a higher number. The owner took care of me after hurricane Milton and got me in very quickly. I price checked all over town and no one could beat them. I visited New world Auto Glass to get my driver side window tinted only. I had a car break-in via the driver side window which was replaced by another window company. However, as a result of the new window, it did not have a tint matching the other windows. I went on Saturday right before noon with no scheduled appointment, and they were able to get me in out in 15mins. Great tint job, great price and fast service. read more

Went last week to replace windshield for VW minivan, I made an appointment, I arrived there, they're quick and the shop owner noticed minor scratch in the new windshield so he ordered another one real fast, within less than two hours the minivan got brand new windshield, with almost no marks of replacing. So far no water leaking (drove through heavy rain) hope will never be any leaking in the feature and if so happen there's "life time warranty" as the shop owner told me. The total price was really really convenient. I gave 4 stars not 5 because Im gonna need more time to be sure the new windshield is perfect and also the waiting room tv was on "jerry springer" :) read more

This company will lie to get your business. I called to see if they could repair my passenger window. I was told it could be done the same day. I canceled a previously scheduled appointment with another company then when it was time to take my car to New World Auto Glass I was told they couldn't do it until the next day. I was upset but ok. The next day comes and I called to make sure that they now had the glass & was told yes. I left work early only to be told that they in fact do not have the glass and can't get it for 2 more days. If I had stayed with the 1st company I would have had is repaired sooner. Don't fall for the rope a dope. read more
