We needed one part of our fence replaced after part of the old fence blew down in the winter storm. They did such a great job we ended up replacing the rest of our fencing. They also were able to build a fence with a gate for our pool equipment. We have been wanting to put some kind of deck in the back corner of our backyard so I talked to them about building a deck with an arbor. It came out much better than I expected. Recently had a short length of privacy fencing added to the top of an existing block wall. The fencing itself turned out great but the communication and cleanup (or lack thereof) by the crew was terrible. The scope of work was changed by the crew in the middle of the job to something we had explicitly told both the owner and the crew that we didn't want done. There was a perfectly reasonable explanation for why it needed to be done the way it was, but that wasn't discussed with us before they started demolishing our existing property. It's been a week since they were here and this morning I found they dumped the debris they created in my back flowerbeds, smothering my plants with dirt and concrete chunks. I would have gladly provided a garbage can if they needed one. Owner reached out to remedy debris dumping situation so that was appreciated. Unfortunately, it can't be removed without further damaging existing plantings. Still not sure what crew was thinking dumping it where they did. read more

They replaced an original shared builder's fence and a corner lot side fence using classic redwood dog-ear 8" pickets with pressure-treated grass board. The workmanship is outstanding, the price was very fair, the job was done rapidly (2 days) and they were very flexible and accommodating when the neighbor failed to clear his vegetation in a timely fashion. Moises was very responsive in scheduling the original estimate and in coming back to give me a new estimate several months later when we dragged our feet on starting work. He is a pleasure to deal with, as were his 2 workers. They also did an exemplary job of site cleanup. I suggest listening to your customer so you don't have to redo the fence, which still wasn't right, perhaps buy a level so the boards are straight and level and use better quality wood...Richter out of Ripon has great wood. Maybe you should ask them where they get theirs.!!! And the rest of my fence work Richter is doing for me because they have good quality. they use levels and they don't have to redo it once they've done it and there's no sap in the wood whoever you get wood from it must be cheap for you to get it because I have boards and aren't even the same size let alone a lot of sap. read more

I received the quote same day, which was a very fair quote (I got a total of 5 quotes, just to make sure).
