The station was clean, but I must admit that the machine was a bit difficult to navigate. There were likely instructions that I simply missed however there was someone finishing up next to me that was nice enough to walk me through it. The shampoo and conditioner smelled lovely. The dryer had a low and high setting which was nice. I was able to walk right up to an empty station upon arrival. When I looked up when I was finished, there were at least 4 people that had formed a line behind me. I was leaving around 11:30 am. This might be the busier time of the day so you may want to consider arriving a little earlier. Note: Duchess wasn't as impressed, but it was no fault of the wash station!

When I drove up for a scrub down before entering the mechanical wash, I was informed that I couldn't proceed because they were unable to remove my bike rack. I have gone through automated washes with my rack on before, but I understand if a facility does not want to take that risk. I was bummed, but the staff was so apologetic and sincere that they still gave me quick exterior scrub down and rinse with the power hose. I was quickly given a refund & a great tip on a lockable pin that can be purchased from Walmart to quickly release my bike rack. They said with this pin, they will remove and reattach bike racks before and after washing. They even informed me which aisle to find it in. I was surprised and elated by the customer service and friendliness of the staff. I can't speak for quality of wash, but quality of workers is top-notch. Keep up the good work!
