They basic service were good. It was around $120 for them to fulling clean and detail the inside of my car. They did a great job and the interior looks show room ready. They do have other packages, like exterior cleaning and waxing the car but I did feel like those were a little too costly. I say stick with their basic cleaning and you'll be very happy. read more

After a heater core malfunction, my passenger floorboard had been flooded with antifreeze. I went to great lengths to remove all of it that i could on my own. my last step was to locate a detail shop with a steam cleaner. I phoned Rocky, and he was able to help. though he mostly does work by appointment only, Rocky was able to see me within 10 minutes of our phone call. he used a carpet extractor on the affected area. it uses hot water and a vacuum simultaneously. After about 30 minutes of intense labor, Rocky completed the task and charged me a special rate. I am thankful for Rocky's services and will return for a full detailing in the future. read more

Thieves! Dishonest! I chose this place to get my car detailed based on the 5 star rating from multiple people. Hopefully they were all patrons and not friends trying to boost the popularity of this business. I spoke to Rocky and he seemed like a straight forward and likeable guy. Made an appointment and brought my car in to get a full detail for $160 on Thursday Feb 28th at 11am. I was able to drop my car off an hour earlier. I'm the kind of person who always has a ton of change in my car. When I visit a drive thru and pay with cash I always drop the change in my console. I literally had about $5 of coins (mostly quarters) in my console. The thought never crossed my mind to remove the coins. Rocky calls me to come pick up the car and I find a plastic bag on my passenger seat with all the contents of my center console. I didn't bother check it. I paid my bill, bought an air freshener, and handed Rocky $40 tip ($20) for each guy who worked on my car. I get home and go through the contents of the plastic bag. To my shock and dismay there is no money in there. All that loose chang I left in there is no where to be found. I called Rocky and told him I had a ton of change in my console and it was not included in the bag with the rest of the "stuff." He told me he would call me back after he found out what the guys did with it. According to Rocky, the guys said there was a lot of change so they put it in a cup and left it on a shelf in the shop. He apologized profusely and said he can meet me somewhere tomorrow to deliver it. The next day I didn't hear from Rocky. I called him to ask when can he deliver my property? He stated he leaves the shop at 3 so not till then, or I can pick it up before if I like. I go to the shop around noon and am handed a disposable cup with a few pennies and nickles in the bottom. I am disgusted. Rocky asked me does this look about right. I told him no. I told him I had about $5 of change. This is not right. He told me he could reimburse me. I told him forget it. At this point I was so disgusted and angry. Knowing that I tipped $40 and these guys stooped so low to steal coins from my car. Knowing there is a car seat in the back which means I have a baby. Who the heck steals from a woman? A mom? I counted the change in the cup I was given. It contained $1.24. SMFH. I felt so cheated. Needless to say I will not step within 100 feet of this business ever again. If anyone plans on patronizing please account for your valuables. read more

Ok so I took my 2014 Toyota Sienna minivan to Rocky on a Monday Morning. I had already called him and he told me he was fully booked and couldn't fit me in. My vehicle looked like a crime scene and I needed it the next day to tote co-workers on an out of town trip. I was desperate, so, I still showed up on Monday and BEGGED him to just try and fit me in if he had a cancellation or anything. He told me the vehicle was an all day job and he was already swamped. I could already see all the cars in the lot and they guys were super busy. I could see and FEEL the reluctance in Rocky, but I begged, pleaded and he finally gave in and said he would TRY. At 4:30 PM the same day, my vehicle was ready. It was IMMACULATE, looking good and smelling good. The guys are nice, and honest. The price was more than fair for the amount of work I knew they had to do. I have 3 grandbabies ages 4, 2 and 1 and two 110 pound rottweilers that I drive around daily. Now I don't recommend that you beg and bombard Rocky the way I did, but if you need your vehicle detailed by some place that is honest, reputable and top notch, take it to Rocky's. read more

Best car wash ever! My car was in poor shape after barely being driven for about 3 months. I wish I had pictures from before to show you but suffice it to say that it was so gross that it was embarrassing - the top of my car was nearly black and the windows were full of tree sap. Needless to say, I barely recognized my car when it was done! What a great place - Rocky was very friendly, I loved that I could make an appointment and know roughly how much time it would take, and the lounge was comfy and convenient for me to get work done with free WiFi while my car was being done. Of course now I see I could have checked in on Yelp and gotten 15% off! Oh well. What excellent quality, and they finished the first car in about an hour (the $75 package). They were able to clean my carpets better than I could with a vacuum. Super attention to detail, clean cupholders, panels, luggage compartment, and even washed the rubber mats I had stored in the rear. I'm not the biggest fan of the dressing put on the plastic panelling - a bit too waxy and has a smell, but overall the interior is awesome and looks new. I will definitely be back. read more

Rocky's has excellent service and the best prices I could find on the Eastside. I shopped three different places. Rocky himself, not one of his employees, did my car and managed to restore it to that "new car smell" kind of clean! My vehicle was heavily soiled, with hardened on crud and an almost non-existent clear coat, not to mention old carpet and some stubborn stains on the carpet. I purchased Rocky's highest package and also needed some mats for my vehicle, which he threw in at no extra charge! He really goes the extra mile and I will not be taking my vehicles to anyone else. Came across this place when I realized I needed emissions tested one morning and just searched for the nearest place on my maps. Look for the sign; they are just behind the Oak Grove Market. I was told they opened just over a month ago. $20 for the emissions test, very friendly crew. Nice, clean waiting area with AC, TV, free coffee and cold beverages. Rocky started coming to my house to Detail my car 1 1/2 years ago. He is a polite young man who does fantastic work. He opened a Detailing shop now in the Oak Grove area off Lavista in Decatur. I went by today to get a Detail. As I waited I enjoyed the shops in Oak Grove shopping center which is in front of the Auto Spa. By the time I ate lunch at The Grove( a Restaurant/ tavern ) in the center my vehicle was ready with an incredible shine !! He does have a nice comfortable waiting area at the Spa also if you don't feel like shopping . He also told me he will be doing Emission testing soon there with a price of $17.00.
