Spent a small fortune going twice a week for therapy, school observations, evals, the works. Missed…read moreone session and got charged full price. Ok, my mistake I get it, BUT ironically a month later, they screw up and forget to schedule us. We show up and wait, we didn't get compensated. My husband took off from work. I tried to schedule a make up session and got dismissed b/c they were busy. I overheard a therapist talking badly about us clear from another room. When confronted, they blamed it on another parent. That was a lie and even if it was true, my child's treatment, history, etc should never have been discussed where another parent could hear. That is a clear HIPAA violation. Therapy is good, but those little things left a bad taste in my mouth.

I have gone to Ivy Physical Therapy for an arthritic knee and more recently for an arthritic hip…read more I have found that Ivy helped me to make substantial improvement in my condition. They have a method that works which consists of time spent with a physical therapist followed by intensive supervised expercise. My condition was constantly being monitored and the program progressed as appropriate. I would also like to point out that should one need it they have a reasonable self pay rate. A big shout out to Chesson Clement, Clinic Director, for his kind and compassionate care.

The only downside is they do not process through insurance. However, they have been very accommodating with reviewing invoicing and billing needs pertaining to insurance claims. They do best scheduling via email and their website is easy to find. Their office is also easy to get to off of 95 exit 6. There is always parking and convenient. The office manager is difficult to get a hold of via telephone because her office hours are seemingly limited. However, as stated, email is reliable. Definitely a great place to bring a child in need of OT support.
