We did a walk through of all the items I wanted a quote on; if he was unable to do what I ask then I'm glad I was notified upfront. He also provided a time frame of the requested work. The quote was sent via email the next business day and he followed up a few days later to see if I wanted the work done. I prefer to pay more through a company instead of someone using YouTube and no skill. He also pointed out a few items I needed to take a look in the future so it doesn't get worst. They have their in-house rough guys who were the best. They were here when they said they would be, the kept us informed, and kept the jobsite nice and clean when they left for the day. Every crew (except drywall) has been with Pine for a long time, so they have good working relationships and keep to the schedule. Joe and Lou were out often to make sure it was going well. They looked at the project like it was their own home. The Girls in the office were on top of schedule, very helpful with questions and communications. During construction there were only very small issues and Pine was reasonable and we worked it out and everyone was satisfied. We could have gone with a competitor for the lowest price, but we had more confidence in Pine that we would the job done right. We were not disappointed.
