She arrived on time on Monday and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. She was very efficient, professional, and had no problem answering my many questions about the process. The result is almost invisible, just a small spot where she had to drill into the glass to start the process. In the after photo, it's the tiny spot in the center of the photo - it looks more like a spot on the center lower half of the door to the house. If I am ever unlucky enough to need a windshield repaired or replaced again, my first call will be to Olivia. Definitely recommended if you have a small chip. Fair price. Why the low review? Well I asked the guy to drill out the end of the long crack so it wouldn't continue to spread. He said it would be fine. I asked him again - and he said it would be fine. Again. Well that's not what happened. The crack spread another 2 inches before I could get back to Texas and have it repaired correctly. The new repair stopped the crack and even made the crack invisible even though Tri Valley couldn't do that.
