I had the pleasure of having Ron Lupo redo the installation of the windshield on my 1977 Datsun 280Z - It had been done by a local Body Shop and the guy really botched the job and it took him 4 hours to do it to boot. Ron came over, brought a new rubber gasket and within one hour he was done and the job was perfect, the price was extremely reasonable and I gotta tell all of you whoever reads this: "This man is the very best, you will not be sorry if you have him do your work". Needed our trucks windshield replaced and Lupo's gave the best quote and a Military discount. Told my husband they would be at his office at 8am on Monday, 8:30am and they weren't at the office and no phone call. My husband called and left a message as well as text with no response. At 9 am my husband was told that the company was trying to get ahold of the warehouse..... by 12:30pm, there was no update and no one has shown up to take care of the windshield. Really upsetting that it is so hard to get an update or decent courteous service. Isn't worth the cheaper price to have time and energy wasted. read more

Poor quality, wouldn't return calls. Really disappointed with Ron's work.. After he was done, i noticed that my windshield wipers overlapped so I couldn't lift them up-they never had this problem before. I had to go to another windshield repair shop and they were nice enough to re-adjust them, and confirmed he did a really sloppy job and hadn't put them back correctly. There are also several visible gaps at the bottom of the windshield-when i called him to simply ask if it's supposed to look like that, i got his voicemail and he never called back (even after handing me his card saying to call if i had any problems). If you're a tourist out of luck with a broken windshield and you're desperate-he's your guy. But for QUALITY, it would be best to go down the hill to a shop if you want it done right. read more

If it's not worth your time to take the job in Wellington then don't take the job. This place had me waiting around to be rescheduled just to cancel again the next day wasted two days to be told that it wasn't worth their time to come to Wellington to replace my windshield. Guess they think if your in Wellington you don't have yelp. Maybe they do good work, maybe they don't. I don't know, they just screwed me around for two days friday/saturday. I called three or four other glass companies before Lupos. None of them answered. I called Lupos, which I'd never heard of, and Ron answered right away. He was able to get out to my location in a timely manner and did two windshields for me. I wasn't home so I left the cars unlocked and he banged it out and text me to let me know when he was finished. What else can you ask for. read more

Ron is the man! Someone broke into my 2003 Honda Odyssey and shattered my front passenger window. I called Ron on a Sunday and was one of the few places opened and was able to give me a quote. Even offered me a deal if I came to him. I didn't mind the drive because it was a 20min drive for me. While everyone else I called quoted me around $135-$250; he offered me a $100 dollar deal. He was even nice enough to vacuum the front side of my van since there was still left over glass from it being shattered. 25mins later he was all done. Had an early morning appointment, 11am, and he never showed. I tried calling multiple times until he texted asking for me to text him. I got a response indicating he would not show up do to personal things that had come up. I understand life happens and things come up. But it is the responsibility of the business owner to notify his customers if he isn't going to show. I got a great quote, but I wouldn't use him based of his negligence notifying his customers. My windshield cracked at lunchtime one day, and as I live in Reno but work in Carson City I was stressed about both the cost and the hassle of taking it in somewhere to get fixed. I was fortunate to read a review about Auto Glass N' More and was glad I did! Our 2012 Subaru Outback's front window was cracked by either an icicle or rock while on our way to Granite Bay. I called Ron, we set up and appointment, he showed up on time with the correct window and had installed in no time. Ron had also noticed that a number of plastic caps that kept the car window from sliding down, was missing and he made an trip to the Dealership and brought it over and installed them, something that should have been done by Safelite! I just had one of the best customer service experiences ever today with Ron Lupo, the sole proprietor of Auto Glass N More. A daughter is visiting from out of state and experienced a cracked windshield from a rock. We called Ron this morning; he took the information about the car; quoted her a price (more about that below) and made an appointment to meet us at a shopping center parking lot early this afternoon. He's been doing this for 20 years and used to work for a couple of the big name auto glass companies before he struck out on his own. It took him less than an hour to install the new windshield. We were driving cross country on rt 80 in NV when a rock hit our windshield and cracked it. It was Friday afternoon and we were planning to only stay in town for one night. I made an appointment on Monday, wanting to have my windshield replaced at work. However, because of other appointments they had during the day already, he couldn't fit me in until after 2:20. So I offered to meet them at my home as soon as I got off work at 2:45. The day of the appointment the man called me 45 minutes earlier then the appointment, while at work, and we agreed he could come to my place of employment to replace the windshield. No problems there, he said he was on his way, told him I would text the address, mind you he had the address already, since I have it to him on Monday during our first conversation, both my home and work. We were good to go. Until I texted him stating Scott would be meeting him out front, then al of the sudden he texted he had to reschedule. I asked why, he stated that he had a boy to pick up at Carson High at 330. Then I asked why he scheduled the appointment at that time if he had prior engagements, his response was he he "waited at Mavericks for me for 40 minutes". I'm not sure where the Mavericks came into play, I don't live near there. Bottom line, as soon as he found out I, a female, was no longer meeting with him, rather a man, he canceled my appointment. I'm glad he did, made me question what would've happened if I had met him. Women beware. Creepy, and absolutely unprofessional. read more
