The incorrect weather strip was used for the back window replacement of our truck. The job looks messy and like there is the possibility of water leaking through the glass. We have tried and tried and tried contacting Anthony to fix the issue. He ignores our calls and doesn't return voicemails. Highly recommend. We got a chip driving up to Tahoe. Called these guys and they were able to meet us in an hour and fixed our chip in under 10 mins. Amazing company. Don't know where to begin. Had a bullseye crack in my windshield we got on the road yesterday driving home from Arizona. Needed to get it fixed ASAP before it spidered. Called all morning and Was given the run around by numerous local and reno companies, with the soonest appointment the next week. Called and was greeted by extremely profession employee. Was promptly scheduled for later the same day. Then was called and offered an even earlier appointment. Gentleman arrived and was professional and courteous throughout the appointment. He quickly fixed my windshield for a reasonable price. They went above and beyond and saved me A LOT of money on a new windshield. Can't recommend enough. Completely unprofessional!!! Referred to by our insurance company. We made an appointment for mobile service on a Friday. He was to come out the following Tuesday at 2:30. Tuesday morning he called to confirm but wanted to come at 12:30 instead which we said was fine. At 11:00 he called and canceled because another appointment was not home. Wanted to reschedule. We said fine, any day except Friday would work. He called us back again and said he could only come on Friday. Would give zero stars if possible. read more
